    Ordered a 2022 Raptor Feb 11, 2022 and was told that I was lucky to get my truck order in before the price increase taking place on Feb 14, 2022. Fast forward to fall of 2022 when I received a call regarding my order. I was informed that the 2022 truck was now going to be a 2023 model along with a price increase and there was nothing else to do if I still wanted the truck. I feel like a bait and switch occurred. I accepted delivery of my new Raptor on Friday, Jan 27, 2023 and I am happy with the new truck. My salesman was great during this purchase. This is my second purchase from this dealership.

    I knew what I wanted in a new 2023 F150 and didn't want to custom order one because Ford was out of the materials (chips?) for some options that I really wanted. After a nationwide search, the truck with all my specs was found in a new 2022 model at Gaudin Ford. My sales agent was Mike Acosta. Since I was flying in at 11am and out the same day at 3pm he had everything ready for me, paperwork, truck etc., The paperwork and handover of the truck transaction was on time and in perfect order like a swiss train station. I also wish to thank Igor in finance. He knew my flight timing to get back so he went into turbo mode. I'm sure he could have set a Guinness World Record if they have an award for a fast paperwork transaction for a sale. Overall I could not imagine having a better buying experience under these conditions.

    Was very satisfied with my purchase. Love the truck. I was in a hurry so didn't negotiate like I would have liked to but feel I paid a fair price for both sides. The only reason only 4 star instead of 5 is because I asked about the DEF fluid while looking at truck. Salesman kept talking up the "172 point check" and how everything is full and serviced. After purchase he was showing me the computer display and we saw how the DEF fluid was under 1/4. Then he started balking and saying how maybe DEF fluid isn't part of the service. I reminded him I specifically asked about the DEF fluid as I was leaving there directly on a 1000 mile trip, and he assured me it was full. Then the normal "I have to go talk to my manager". The manager happened to be standing just a few feet away and I heard him say "then fill it up for him!! use the sales dept card".

    I had an amazing experience with Stefan at Gaudin Ford. He assisted us with the preorder, he was not pushy and was VERY knowledgeable. He also helped us with a first responder discount. I am beyond excited for my new Explorer and so grateful we worked with Stefan!!

    I paid for this truck in full with a bank transfer on 12/15/2020 yet it took multiple phone calls and emails before I received the MSO on 1/6/2021. The salesman and others I dealt with acted as if I was a problem trying to get the MSO so I could register my truck. What was worse is that I paid ahead and did the paperwork before flying from Tucson to Las Vega to pick up my new truck. I had requested it be brought to the airport so I could have a contactless exchange. The salesman told me he needed a ride back to the dealership and and soon as he got in the truck he asked if he could remove his mask ! What [non-permissible content removed], what's the point of contactless pickup if he wants to then get in the truck and pull off his mask. The truck also had a large black crayon circle left on it behind the passenger door which highlighted a paint flaw. Of course it was never taken care of. Will never deal with Gaudin again !!

    Probably one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. My salesman Demetre Cullison was very professional and knowledgeable on all the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Ford to visit him at Gaudin Ford.

    We purchased a 2016 Raptor. You have a great staff. In particular our salesman Matthew Brown and his Sales Manager Adam are first in Class. You should really be happy to have these two on your crew. Their stellar service will definitely be the reason I recommend Gaudin Ford to others.

    I had leased a 2014 Ford Escape in September 2014 from a dealership in NH. Two years into my lease, I was close to going over my mileage allowance. Domenic went over my options and it was better for me to turn in my car and get another one. Within a few hours, my old lease was closed out and I was driving away in a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. Domenic and Eduardo in Finance made everything very easy and it was a great experience. I highly recommend Domenic, Eduardo, and Gaudin Ford!

    Irwa K Answered my online request for a quote on a Taurus SHO. I had previously been in contact with a dealership on the opposite side of Vegas and was close to buying a car from them. That car didn't have a moon roof which is what I preferred. After making a great deal with them on the car, they tried to pull a fast one on us by raising the price! So we walked out of there and I called Irwa. He stayed late to make the sale happen and had everything ironed out before we arrived. We literally sat down at his desk and started filling out purchase documents. I would have paid the same price for the other car but based on principal, I did not. I am actually feeling a lot better buying the car at Gaudin as they are a no pressure, pleasant place to find and buy your next new vehicle. Would give 10 stars but only 5 are available.

    Gaudin Ford has one of the best reputations in Las Vegas. They have a great sales staff. Our salesman for our last two cars has been Ramiro Alvarez. He's a great guy, a wealth of knowledge about all the Ford cars & products and, he works his butt off to get his customers exactly what they are looking for at the price they want.

    My sales rep, Rodney, really made me feel secure and comfortable with my purchase. It was a no nonsense buying experience. I am happy with my new car, my purchase price was fair, and everybody on staff was nice and helpful. They even have onsite window tinting which was really convenient. I recommend checking Gaudin out and hope your experience was a good as mine. Thanks

    I went to Gaudin Ford first when I started shopping for cars. Had awesome service from Jenna, not forced at all. Let her know exactly what I needed, and also that I would be shopping around. Got the run around from a few different dealers after I left Gaudin. Two days later I received an email from Jenna. She hadn't given up on trying to figure out how to help me get into a new vehicle that I needed. From start to finish, everybody at this dealership was more than helpful and patient. Got me exactly what I wanted! I'm recommending them to everybody that I know is looking for a new car.

    I worked with Dominic and Moses to purchase a 2014 F-150 recently. After picking out 2 models and then deciding they weren't quite right, I settled on a 2014 Limited F-150 and could't be happier. The entire process took two days, but not once did either Moses or Dominic pressure me or make me feel as though I was wasting their time. They treated me like family, and I am a customer for life.

    I would like to say that my car buying experience at Gaudin Ford was easy and wonderful, the salesman Tanner was not pushy. He answered all questions and continues to help me to this day with any questions I have about my car. great example of customer service

    Come to my conclusion, after all the experience I had at the Gaudin Ford of Las Vegas, I would not recommend anybody that I know to this dealership and I personally will not come back to this dealership again, not even back for any services. I will go somewhere else to get the service for my car, don't get me wrong though there are still some good people over there like AJ and Frank, I love them both, but the experience I had with ED from the financing department was horrible, I don't know why Ford has spent so much money on commercial and stuffs to promote its name, but let something like this happen to their customers. No wonder Gaudin Ford has such a low rating on Yelp, now I know why, and soon my review will be on there for people to read and stay away from this dealership.

    I recently purchased a new 2014 Ford Escape from Dominic L. at Guadin Ford in Las Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. I had done some research ahead of time so knew what I was willing to pay, what my trade-in was worth, and what the financing options were. I got the deal I wanted and expected, with no pressure and no games. My salesman, Dominic L., took the time to find me the car with the features I wanted. He was very helpful and respectful through the whole process. I have purchased a lot of cars in my time, and this was the first time I felt like I was working with the salesman to get the deal done instead of preparing for battle. Dominic listened to all of my questions and concerns, and got me all the answers I needed. After the sale was concluded, Dominic took the time to set-up my phone and garage remote, and he walked me through all of the car features so I knew how to operate everything before I drove off the lot. He has also answered a few additional questions I had after I got home. I would definitely recommend Dominic L. and Gaudin Ford for your next purchase.
