    Not our first new ford purchased but our first time dealing with Guadin Ford. The experience was very pleasant from our sales person who was Greg A. to the finance person Kenny Chapman. Greg was very friendly and helpful when asked questions and on test driving the new Taurus we purchased. Kenny was very professional in the finance department. I have recently used Guadin's service department for my other ford vehicles and have been pleased with the service and friendliness in that department and I'm sure it will continue with our new Taurus.

    I had a great experience at Gaudin Ford. I was very upside-down on my trade, and I was skeptical I would be able to get financed with so much negative equity. But they made it work and got me into the car I wanted with only a $7.00/month increase in my payment. Also, there was a minor paint defect on the new car, which they fixed right away and paid for my rental car for the three days it was in the body shop. Tanner (my salesperson) even made sure to be there when I picked up the car from the body shop to make sure it was acceptable. The customer service was great and they never made me feel bad about my financial situation. I would definitely recommend Gaudin Ford and hopefully I will be making another purchase there in a few years! I am active duty military, so I don't know if I'll still be in the local area when it's time to trade in my car. But if I'm still here, I will definitely go to Gaudin Ford. I've bought several cars in my life, and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

    Working with John and Pat was such a positive experience and they took the "Drama and Trauma" out of buying a new car. These gentlemen could not have been more cordial or forthwright in their manner. There was no hard sell or pressure. We agreed on a model and when it was not readily available they suggested ordering the car made to our spec. We were made well aware of the lead time necessary, and that worked for us, so we intiated the deal. The catch was that the car was to have been available at Christmas and we were had plans to be out of town for an extended period of time. John assured us the car would be waiting for us and they would not sell it to someone else! The car arrived and we took delivery in January. The entire process was so positive that I wish we needed to buy another car!

    We bought our 7th vehicle from Gaudin Ford and our 5th vehicle from Domenic. This dealership is great and our sales person Domenic L. has always taken good care of us. My son recently turned 16 and we were in the market for a used vehicle. I looked around and my birthday came up and i got a call from Domenic wishing me a happy birthday. Our last purchase was 2 years ago. That is just one example. We stopped by Gaudin and were able to find a great truck at a good price and the experience was great again. A few cars ago we were in a tough spot financially and Domenic was able to get things done for us when it should have been a no-deal. I will continue to work with Domenic and Gaudin Ford and will happily recommend them to my family and friends.

    I love Ford !!! They made it possible for me to Trade my Old Ford for My new Ford Mustang!! They took care of me right away had coffee, water and Wi-fi for the time I had to wait and washed my car for me felt like I was walking out with a new car again

    My buying experience at Gaudin Ford was Great !! I had already identified the car I wanted from the online inventory and it was just a matter of going to the dealership and signing on the dotted line. With all of the information I was able to get on the car on the Ford web site combined with the specific details on the Fiesta I selected from the Dealer web site, I had few questions and they were easily answered by both Domenic & Jullo. I received a fair amount for my trade in vehicle and the financing terms were very good. The extended warranty and extended service plans were were well explained and we chose to get them. Everyone at the dealership from the Parts Department to the Service Department, including the Sales guys and even the installers who installed the alarm system after the sale were professional in every way. When I'm ready for another vehicle I will return to Gaudin Ford !!

    Reason for Visit: New Sales Recommend: No: Ordered a new Ford vehicle back in February 2012. I was told the car was being worked on as late as May, June and July; delayed due to the 4wd option ordered. When I started to see them arriving at other dealers nationwide I became suspicious that there could be something wrong. Only after I went in again and spoke to upper management at the end of the final e.t.a. did they reveal the vehicle had been one of the 3,500 damaged during a Hail Storm which had occurred back on April 28, 2012. Apparently, Gaudin must be the only dealership in the country without access to newspapers, internet or television as they claimed to have no knowledge about the storm. A new one was not built though there had been ample time to do so or they were trying to piece the damaged one back together but Ford decided to scrap it in July when the Vin number disappeared from the system. I was told by the sales manager they would attempt to locate or dealer trade one the following week. Though many were listed online they said they could not locate one nor dealer trade and said I should pick up my deposit or start the process from scratch. After waiting 5+ months not to mention the cost of car rentals a complete waste of $$ and time.

    Every once in a while, you run across a business that has outstanding employees. Gaudin is one of those and one employee in particular: Domenic L. I was in the market for a new truck and I used the Ford Corporate web site to build and price the truck I wanted. I sent the build sheets to several local and out of state dealerships for cost and delivery comparisons. Domenic answered the mail for Gaudin, which for me was great! While all the dealers supplied virtually the same out the door cost, Domenic made the difference in helping me make the decision to use Gaudin. He worked with me to refine the options and answered all questions without embellishment and factually. Which, by the way, is rare. When it came time for me to place my order, he did that with skill and passion for the product and for us as well. Interruptions in the process were few and he got us out the door with minimal fuss. He provided me a build schedule for my truck and then maintained contact with me to help me track its delivery to Gaudin and ultimately to me. When I asked questions, he took the time necessary to track down answers for me, again a rare employee action. During the waiting time for delivery, I brought my trade in for Gaudin to assess for trade in value. Domenic took care of that as well and that helped me considerably. It made my decision to "trade in" rather than for me to sell. When the new truck arrived, he took time to finalize the paper work, and to make sure that everything was in order. It turns out that it wasn't because an alarm system had not been installed. When that was discovered, Domenic took the time necessary to explain to us what had happened and then had a technician install the missing alarm system for us. We appreciate the timely manner in which he took care of that issue for us. I feel that Domenic is a great Gaudin employee and ambassador for the dealership. He is a "keeper"!     I was referred to Gaudin Ford by COSTCO. April E. and Dave P. greeted my wife and I when we first came in and throughout the buying process were excellent people to work with. The pricing was very fair. We were interested in a Ford Focus Titanium. However there was no inventory with all the options we wanted. So we placed an order with them for the car. A week later April called us at home and said a similar car came in and asked if we would like to see it and drive. It had a few more optons on it that we originally did not order. We came in to the dealership on Presidents Day and decided to buy this car with the added options. We also were able to take advantage of a $3000 rebate that was being offered that day. Dave and April were absolutely great. Dave is somewhat of a comedian at times which helped during the process. Both of them were very attentive and I really appreciated it.

About our dealership
