Walked out with a truck and a smile
by shellyebell on 08/17/2014My husband and I had researched trucks of various makes and models. There were a few that we wanted to test drive before moving forward with a decision to purchase. We made inquiries via the internet and our first call that we received,… literally within moments of pushing "submit", was from Nick P. at Gaudin Ford. He was incredibly helpful. After explaining to him what we were looking for, he provided us with information and advice. It was a very refreshing experience to have a conversation with a car salesman that didn't trigger a defensive response. We spoke to other sales people from other dealerships, but Nick had already set the bar of what our expectations would be and the competition fell short. After comparison to GMC and Chevy, the Ford F 150 took the checkered flag as the best vehicle for our family. We took a drive to Gaudin Ford to meet with Nick. He was just what we expected. At no time during the entire experience of selecting, negotiating and finalizing the purchase of our new truck did we feel that we were not being treated with respect, warmth and genuine desire to ensure that we were happy with our truck. Nick was amazing. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family .Excellent Car Buying Experience

After shopping around for a vehicle on the north side of town and basically being insulted by other car dealerships shady, drawn out sales… tactics, it was amazing that we merely made a call to Gaudin Ford explaining what we wanted and had the deal closed in 15 minutes! We knew what we wanted and how much it should cost and Gaudin Ford delivered it fast!! Upon arriving at the dealership I fully expected some last minute detail they forgot that would affect the payment or that the vehicle would be missing something we asked for, but nope, everything was exactly as promised and we were driving away in less than an hour! I cannot say enough about our salesman Julio L., I credit him with the speed and ease of the deal. He was totally straightforward and made the entire process a breeze. If you are in the market for a Ford, save yourself the time and energy of haggling with old school, sheister car salesmen and go to Gaudin Ford. Ask for Julio and I know you will receive a fair deal without the usual drama.Best buying experience in 40 yrs of car buying.

My inquiry was quickly responded to, information was verified, and because I knew what I wanted, an 08 Escape, inventory was checked, prices and terms were given, and sent to me via e-mail, as well as… phone verification. I made an appointment to go in two days later. I was immediately introduced to a gentlemen who took me to find the car, fully demonstrated the car, and then met briefly with a manager, who again verified the numbers, they got the car ready while we did the finance and I drove it home.Although all the extended contracts were explained to me, as were prepaid service, etc, no pressure was applied when I declined them. Over the years, I had bought from 4 other dealers in Las Vegas, all of whom were awful, to say the least. It is easy to see why Gaudin has been in business for 80 years. I wish I had gone to them years ago.The Escape, all new for 08, has also exceeded my expectations.The build quality is exceptional.Wondeful NO PRESSURE Experience

There was absolutley NO PRESSURE from our salesman, Tim to the financing with Bob. I was so happy with Bob in… financing only presenting optional packages that he thought would benefit us and our use for our car. The extended warranty and the tire package Bob showed us worked great for our needs, and we bought both from him! Our experience from start to finish at Gaudin is what ALL car buying experiences should be...simple, friendly, no hassle and fun! Thanks again to Tim, Bob & everyone at Gaudin Ford! I have had some credit issues in the past, including a bankruptcy not quite 2 years old so I was not expecting much. The salesman took the time to help me find not any a car, but the exact… car I wanted and got me financed with a great rate. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, credit problems or not.Do NOT let them know you are even thinking about a purchase
by TR170 on 05/08/2014updated 05/29/2025I submitted an innocent request online for dealerships that had Ford Escapes in stock-WOW - immediately my phone was ringing, I was being sent text messages AND receiving emails; some within the same minute of the other! It was truly… overwhelming and screamed to me that they are desperate for business. Word of mouth referrals are the best form of advertisement, and now online reviews and IF you cannot sustain a business with those methods that you must chase someone nonstop 5-6x per day -that screamed volumes to me that something was wrong with the dealership and I ran the other way. Thank goodness I never went inside the place otherwise they would have had even more information and more methods to reach me, friends, family, etc - To me, they seem starved for business and that is not a good sign at all.Great Service

I hit all the internet capable dealers on the west coast, and Mike Wolf at Gaudin was the most responsive and helpful. He took my changing list of "Must Haves" and… provided me an endless stream of window stickers over a period of two weeks at all hours, day, night and weekends... After more than 100 cars, finally narrowed it down to "the one", which was located at another dealer, and Mike efficiently arranged to get the car moved, set up and in my hands. He answered the dozens of different questions I had, either about the car, its features, or mods I might make. Sometimes he needed to consult with his associates in other departments, but unfailingly provided answers in a timely fashion... an A+ for him.Gaudin Ford

Domenic isn't about just selling you a vehicle. He is about understanding your specific situation… and making sure that he is able to provide you with exactly what you need. Domenic is about you and only you. Many car dealerships and salespeople focus on themselves and what they can get from the customer. Domenic has earned his reputation is the person to speak to when you need a vehicle, either used or new. I would, have and will continue to refer people to Domenic. I will also continue to purchase all vehicles from Domenic and Gaudin Ford.Highly Recommend

Two reasons we keep coming back - we like the Ford vehicles and we like the people listed above. Buying a new car is not always a pleasant experience… - salesmen hover over you while you are trying to look at vehicles and they make promises about prices they can't keep. And they keep you hostage at the dealership for hours. We have established a great relationship with Dominic - he knows us when we call for information, we know that he will be truthfull and he does not make promises that can't be met. He is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. We would never deal with anyone other than Dominic for future purchases. We have also now worked with Kenny on our last two vehicle purchases, and find him to have the same great traits that Dominic has - he is friendly, honest and knows his job. And both Dominic and Kenny know their job so the purchase and paperwork goes quick. Both are assets to the dealership!! I recommend both to anyone looking to buy a new/used car.Excellent buying experience!

After the order was placed Sergio did an excellent job keeping us informed of how the order was… proceeding. He also gave us realistic delivery date estimations that ended up being spot on. From the receptionist, sales staff, and finance personnel, to the service and parts departments our experience with Gaudin Ford has been refreshingly positive.Excellent dealership

Management sucks, and they cover each others bad decisions and bad judgement. Avoid these guys at all costs! They sold me a used… vehicle that had antenna holes drilled in the roof and then REFUSED to fix them later on. I love Ford's but these guys make me want to reconsider!Excellent Dealership

He was completely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and provided excellent insights to give us a full… understanding of things before we placed the order. Since then he has done a perfect job of keeping us informed and getting us settled with the new car once it arrived and was ready for delivery. This guy knows his stuff and we found his pricing very fair. Highly recommended!Great Experience

Sue contacted me very quickly and was able to find me a car with all of the things I wanted in the color I wanted. Negotiation… was very simple and professional. I got a reasonable price on my trade in. Financing was very quick and easy. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and easy to talk to. Haven't needed service or anything on my car yet, so I can't speak to it, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.I had an amazing experience!
