I made initial inquiry via internet. My inquiry was quickly responded to, information was verified, and because I knew what I wanted, an 08 Escape, inventory was checked, prices and terms were given, and sent to me via e-mail, as well as phone verification. I made an appointment to go in two days later. I was immediately introduced to a gentlemen who took me to find the car, fully demonstrated the car, and then met briefly with a manager, who again verified the numbers, they got the car ready while we did the finance and I drove it home.Although all the extended contracts were explained to me, as were prepaid service, etc, no pressure was applied when I declined them. Over the years, I had bought from 4 other dealers in Las Vegas, all of whom were awful, to say the least. It is easy to see why Gaudin has been in business for 80 years. I wish I had gone to them years ago.The Escape, all new for 08, has also exceeded my expectations.The build quality is exceptional.
