by Mary on 04/14/2022The complaints I have about sales is less with FF than the Ford Corporation which did a super poor job of communicating on our order. Our sales person, Fernando, was always responsive and if he didn’t know the answer was usually able to… find out. Randy also was helpful. Start to finish, our baby, Maverick hybrid, went full term (July 9- April) and I’m not a really patient person, so Kudos to Fernando and Randy for putting up with meMary, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. Great Customer Service - Brandon is the BEST!

He had everything set up and arranged in advance by way of phone calls and text messages, so when it came time for me to come… down to the dealership I was on property for maybe one hour! From the moment you call Friendly Ford you get to speak to a live person. Every single person I came in contact with at… Friendly Ford was indeed friendly. This was completely different from Gaudin Ford- being on hold and switched to different people to be placed on hold again. Donald Hansard, the Service Advisor, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, explained what was needed and ….Friendly! I highly recommend Friendly Ford!
