The complaints I have about sales is less with FF than the Ford Corporation which did a super poor job of communicating on our order. Our sales person, Fernando, was always responsive and if he didn’t know the answer was usually able to find out. Randy also was helpful. Start to finish, our baby, Maverick hybrid, went full term (July 9- April) and I’m not a really patient person, so Kudos to Fernando and Randy for putting up with me
