Friendly Ford is hands-down the best dealership on the west side of Las Vegas. In fact, I am switching from Gaudin Ford. From the moment you call Friendly Ford you get to speak to a live person. Every single person I came in contact with at Friendly Ford was indeed friendly. This was completely different from Gaudin Ford- being on hold and switched to different people to be placed on hold again. Donald Hansard, the Service Advisor, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, explained what was needed and ….Friendly! I highly recommend Friendly Ford! I drive twice as far now for Friendly Ford as opposed to Gaudin Ford because of the Superb Service of Donald Hansard and the employees at Friendly Ford.
