    Findlay Chevrolet really made my day, been looking for a vehicle for my wife and most dealers weren’t working with us, John took care of us and I was also able to trade in my sonata for a truck . Very wonderful place and people .

  • Great sales experience. Finance portion not so much

    My experience with the sales person (David) was fantastic. He made the purchase process very easy. This stopped when I entered the finance area (Fabio I think). I’ve purchased several cars in the last 10 years and this was by far the worst finance experience. It’s too bad because the salesperson was fantastic. I’ll go back to Findlay but I won’t deal with Fabio again. It got so bad with Fabio that I told him f he didn’t stop pushing for my reasons why I didn’t want a warranty or other products he was offering, I would walk out of the dealership. He needs to stop badgering people.

  • ZL1 Camaro Purchase Process

    Jon Mason did a fine job in listening to my vehicle requirements and produced just the car I wanted out of inventory. Financing rate was good but the process took way too long. Seems there should be a way to collect customer data "One Time" and have that info populate all the forms (in software) that might be required in the event the vehicle is purchased.

    It's been awhile since I went to a dealership to purchase a vehicle and i must say it was a very good choice to have gone to findlay Chevrolet. DJ was very friendly from the start he grabbed the key to the vehicle I was interested in and let me test drive the vehicle in no time. Answered all my questions and even got me to where I wanted to be in my payments. When your looking to purchase a chevy go see the salesman that helped me out. Remember the name DJ. Now Cory was very helpful aswell at end. Cory made sure to have explained everything to me about the vehicle I had purchases. Thanks DJ and Cory for the great experience.

    I was so blessed by getting my truck here. The staff were all great there were no issues except, the sticker on the window was incorrect. But a few thousand. I am convinced I would send friends and family there, as well as myself going back in the future for another purchase.

  • Do not waste your time at Findlay Chevrolet

    Experience was not satisfactory at all. After I called to see if I could file a GAP Insurance claim to cover the expenses from a total loss, as it was from a 2014 Chevy Spark I purchased years earlier, I was told on the phone that finance could help. 30 minutes and 11 miles later, I was given the runaround. Understandably frustrated, I had the displeasure of seeing an elderly woman named Diane. I immediately started telling her of my frustration and she interrupted me and told me to shut up so she can give me information. After she gives me bogus information that didn't help me in the least, I told her I did business with Findlay and did not appreciate being told to shut up especially after I spent my money on their cars. Diane very rudely replied that she didn't appreciate being told what to do. I didn't know explaining my frustration because of falsified information leading to wasted gas and time was telling her what to do. It doesn't matter at this point, I will no longer do business with this dealership anymore, and the people I have praised Findlay Chevrolet to will most definitely be told to look elsewhere. So thank you diane, you and your incompetence and rude behavior have lost business and any mention of findlay to potential car sales from me or anyone I talk to. And another thing, make sure that front desk clerk knows what she is doing before she gives anyone any piece of information so that she won't waste gas and time!

    Billy Chang is great and truck was fixed right. Truck was clean on time. My only place for my repairs.

    Chris Rogers, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The complementary cocoa machine, cookie, brownies, soda machine and popcorn dispenser helped pass the time. The shuttle was a big help. I didn't know it ran anywhere in the valley. Absolutely awesome!

    I needed a water pump and it was going to take several hours I couldn't believe the service rep came at lunch time an heated my kids lunches and brought them back to the kids. that I would consider above and beyond great service.

    Christina is one of the best if not one of a kind. She pays attention to detail and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Everything I asked for was granted. A truly earth shaking experience. I wanted a hard to find truck and she went above and beyond to help me find it. From the time I walked into the door at the dealership to the time I purchased the truck she was there every step of the way and made sure all my questions and needs were taken care of. Thank you so much Christina for being an amazing sales person!!! I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and family you truelly are one of a kind.

    Professional and personal attention is always #1 at Findlay Chevrolet. Carlos remembered what I had told him the day I picked up my car about moving and made sure I had a card to get full servicing before I leave Vegas.

    Christian was very amazing, took the time to deal with me and my pickiness, test drove lots of cars with me, and really got to know my story and my family. I would never use anyone else. It also helped that he was bilingual and helped when we struggled to understand in English. I will be bugging him anytime I or family are looking for cars!
