My salesman is Eli Columbus , he contacted me and we discussed what vehicle I wanted to purchase. I showed up to the dealership with my wife and 2 year old son and he welcomed us with a handshake asked us if we needed anything before we got… started , Eli then proceed to show us the way to the vehicle , gave my family and I a chance to take a look at it . Took a test drive in it , then got back a went with the purchase process . While waiting for paperwork to get done , he continued to check on my family and I asking us if we needed anything . Eli is a great salesman he is a caring person making sure everyone is happy with the purchase and the visit , the fact that he kept checking on my family and I to make sure we were ok made it a lot more comfortable. I WILL be coming back to purchase my 2nd vehicle with Eli Columbus.

He went above and beyond to make sure she found a car she loved and fit in her budget.… They had a fantastic 0 down program at the time. It took about 2 hours from when we arrived until we were leaving with approval. I dread car shopping bc it usually take most of the day. We walked around looked at cars he asked me what I was looking for… and offered cars close to my request. Once we finally settled on a car we went inside to do the paperwork. Samuel and Dario both worked with me for several hours to get my paperwork in order, Dario was really great, he helped get my payments and explained things to me in a way that I would understand he went above and beyond what I expected from this experience to help me get into a car that I wanted. Overall the whole experience was amazing and I would recommend them to everyone looking to get a car. You don't feel pressured to make a purchase and everyone I came in contact with was friendly.. 10/10 on customer service and making you feel like you matterGreat experience
