    Since buying my SUV my yearly interactions have been remarkable. New faces have changed my perception. Lots of chatter, clowning around. Customers standing at front desk including myself awaiting to simply be acknowledged. Are we conducting business?, or acting like grade school dudes. I wasn't at all happy this visit, not sure if I would return. It was a bit much this time around. Take care of your customers, with our us, there is no GMC

    I had low tire pressure and stopped by without an appt. Not only did I have my truck back in four hours with a new tire, they changed my oil as well. Service was excellent and friendly staff as always.

  • Normal service and air conditioner repair.

    I brought my LaCrosse in for lube, oil and filter. Also, the air conditioner wasn't working and the auto stop wasn't working. They completed the lube, oil and filter job and replaced the battery, but I had to bring in back for the air conditioner and auto stop. I was informed yesterday that the compressor for the air conditioner had to be replaced and I must leave it over night. I will be picking it up around three this afternoon.

    I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Gibson location of AutoNation. After that I called the manager, Mike, at Sahara. He was amazing! He brought my car in and took care of the issues ASAP. Shortly thereafter my car needed work yet again (We are reaching that age where things start to break). Mike and Armando took my car in right away and had it diagnosed immediately. They worked with my third party warranty company to manage the repairs and payments. They figured out a resolution on my behalf that made sense and even got my warranty company to increase their coverage amount! Once they did all that they had my car done in no time. I so appreciate Mike always going above and beyond to assist me. I will NEVER take my car back to the Gibson AutoNation. Instead I will drive out of my way to take it to Sahara and continue to see Mike.

    Bought a used vehicle from this dealer. Went to register the car and discovered that the car had not been smogged. This is against the law in Nevada. Also, the dealer had put new tires on the car which I had to rebalance as every wheel as out of balance; and of course they refused to reimburse the $40 for that service.

  • Rear view camera

    The service was to repair a rear view camera issue that has been a problem since having the vehicle for less than a year. The picture would change to a black screen with a circle and a line across immediately after putting the truck in reverse. The service manager Mike was very detailed in making sure the technicians went through each step to make sure they resolved the ongoing problem. Sorry and happy for Mikes retirement.
