    Purchased a 2016 Mustang. Salesperson did a wonderful job in finding exactly the car I wanted. Kept his word on price and on trade in value. I could not expect more.

    I had the best experience ever, and I hate car shopping, the gentlemen that help me look at the car was awesome, had the best customer service, was straight forward with me, the gentlemen in the financial department was also awesome, very helpful, I understood everything I was signing when generally I don't. Overall great experience

    Me and my girlfriend were looking for a new vehicle one that could work with a growing family. We had our eyes set on a certain vehicle. We wasn't sure if we would be approved or anything so I went on the website to get information about a vehicle. I received a call not long after saying we can go in to look at the vehicle. The sales people were very helpful from the first call about the vehicle. They were nice. Made the whole car buying experience very pleasant. We ended up buying a 2011 Jeep Patriot. We are very happy with the service at Ford Country. Thank you.

    The had a Internet price on a ford taurus 2011 for 12000 and some changes the don't wanne go down with the price I came the next day with my family member to talk about the price still don't wanne go down so I left a couple days later they called me but I buy a car already I looked on cargaurs website and the price went down so the are not a good company I told them my budget and that was close to where they lower it at so what kind of company are you

    Purchased a 2016 Mustang GT, got a great deal! Kevin Schwan was extremely helpful, as was Kelly in Finance...the purchase took a couple of hours, but they were very understanding when we wanted to go to dinner and discuss it. We'll buy our next car from there,and we highly recommend Kevin.

    My first experience in getting a leased vehicle through this company was rough. However, Bob Rusca helped me through it all. My first day I wasted 5 hours of my time and energy in good faith just to be told by one of the finance people in the main lobby that because my previous vehicle hadn't yet been paid off (someone had totaled it) there was nothing they could do for me and asked me to leave. I really needed a vehicle to live and was very angry. Bob Rusca and the finance manager saved my livelihood the next day! And found a way to get me everything that I needed for a price someone like me could afford. Thank you all So much!

    Our experience was painless! We walked in, asked for a manager, told the manager what we wanted and they made a deal. The first offer was the best offer for the entire week. My son got a better, more expensive car that had more incentives to make it affordable and my husband and I were shocked at how easy the process was. No games, no issues, just writing down details of our loan info. We loved it. My son has a beautiful Ford Fusion. The only thing he wanted was tinted windows and the offered that for FREE. Love Ford Country!! Loved our sales person Dan. Dan is the man and we totally would buy again. Kudos to your team at FORD. We are very happy!!!

    Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer. I love the vehicle but was upset that all the special deals did not apply to the most expensive versions (I got the Sport) I would have purchased instead of leased if the zero down could be applied to the sport. I'm having buyer's remorse knowing I could have leased a luxury brand for less money. My Lexus lease was $200/month less for a car similarly priced! On a positive note my salesman Ray was great and this is the second ford I purchased from him. I love the product but they need to offer more competitive lease deals and the same financing deals on ALL trim levels! The same thing happened when I bought my fusion, all good deals except for the hybrid I got which was more expensive. We pay more for the expensive model so why can't we get the same deal? It shouldn't matter what is more popular. It feels like you're getting punished for buying the most expensive ford and I think it drives most buyers to opt for a luxury brand if they're going to spend top dollar and get worse incentives. This is not a dealership or salesperson problem,they were great! This is a FORD corporate problem. Everyone that I show my new Explorer to loves it but when I tell them the lease payment they laugh and say I could have leased a luxury brand for that or less which is true!

    We purchased a 2016 Explorer XLT. The Vehicle speaks for itself. After careful considerations for several months that was the vehicle we wanted. The only reason that we purchased the Vehicle from Ford Country was because I was referred to Jose Torres by some one I trust. Mr. Torres was very helpful, we found the vehicle we drove home in less than 10 mins. My Significant other and I noticed right away, Mr. Torres was more concerned about helping us find the right vehicle for us than making a sale. He didn't try to force another vehicle on us, he made sure we the vehicle had everything we wanted, he treated us with respect. When we did go inside to talk about price and what payment options there were, he did a great job explaining to us what we should expect to pay depending on credit. And he was spot on Mr. Torres was assisted by a gentleman named Carlos Escamilla. Our first interaction was he took us on a test drive. After going over what the vehicle will be costing a month, I decided to leave and take the rest of the weekend to think about the purchase. Come Monday morning I decided to get the vehicle and wanted to get the deal done that night after work. Due to family obligation we only had a little under an hour for this to happen. Even in my own opinion, I gave Mr. Escamilla a unfair demand, we would be arriving at 6pm and needed to be out of there by 7pm. He did it, we took the vehicle home that night. We love the Explorer, we already are kicking ourselves for not getting the Limited or Sport. If the vehicle holds up, we will probably be looking for another Ford Explorer. And if we do buy another one, more than likely it will be from Ford Country due to Mr. Escamilla and Mr. Torres.

    Just wanted to opint out Craig was great. Not pushy and pretty straight forward. Got me exactly what I asked for in record time. 3 hours from walk in to leave. Amazing.
