by W M on 06/30/2024Professional and friendly sales, My issue is with the finance department, It has been two weeks since i purchased a car and still no paperwork and now I'm finding out this is a scam to change the price of the car and trade in value.Love my new Sport!

He told me he’s only been leasing vehicles a few months, but to me, he came across as a… true professional. No cheesy dealer spiel or typical lines I’m used to hearing when entering a lot - just kindness, honesty and understanding where I felt like a valued customer. I also really appreciated Vilay in financing and his time and energy to find me the best options with the best APR within my means. When we look for another car towards the end of the year, we will definitely think of FHH and come back to see Anthony. He’s a real asset to this dealership and I will recommend him, as well as FHH to anyone I know who’s looking for their new vehicle.Easy and quick

by CharliesDad on 11/29/2017My sales representative, Obed Cruz, started our initial meeting in a friendly, low-key manner and maintained it through the few hours he devoted to calmly and professionally discussing the 2018 Odyssey. He knew the tech end well,… demonstrated features throughly and all the while focused upon my responses and inquiries. The process of buying there was not stressful, pushy or intimidating. I appreciated the friendly, professional manner of each person with whom I had contact, to include finance team members and the service gentleman who topped off the car I purchased. He and everyone else there sold me that car. Well done, finance team, sales team and workers!Wilson was Excellent!

I had an old Honda Accord and he went through all the differences between the old and new model. Not pushy, but educational and the sale happened organically.… I recommend Wilson to anyone looking to buy a new Honda!No pressure sales.

by teacher415 on 02/08/2010This dealership pretends to be all nice and helpful while you're trying to buy a car, but if there is a problem, then you see the real treatment. I was swindled into buying a new car, and was given a joke of a price for my old car. I… should have left, but I needed a reliable car. There was a problem with the rear seat, it isn't connected. They had to order the part, so I would have to wait. Well, I told them that I was working full time and going to school at night full time and on weekends. I knew they wouldn't stay until 10 to fix my car, so I told them I wouldn't be able to come back for a little while. I wasn't going to take a day off work and lose pay just because of their problem. So when I call back to get the part fixed, they have no idea what I'm talking about. I finally find the [violative content deleted] who sold me the car and he remembers me, "oh yeah, the teacher." But there is nothing that they can do since it is past the 90 day policy. [violative content deleted], I had an order to fix this and now they won't honor it. What a joke, so those letters and phone calls to check and see how I'm doing with the car are nothing! Don't buy anything from them. Oh and while I was signing the paperwork, they offered the extended warranty. I told him I only wanted it if it covered brakes. He assured me it did. I should have looked for myself, because it doesn't cover brakes. What [violative content deleted]!EXECELLENT SERVICE!!!!

Once it came time to bargain and grind for the price, the dealership official wasn't willing to budge from their original price… and basically told me to go elsewhere. We went to another Honda dealership and bought an identical Honda for $3,000 less than what Findlay Honda Henderson was willing to budge from. They didn't even counter my offer with a price or give us calls or e-mails. No matter, though, hours later, we got what we wanted from their counterpart Desert Honda at a price my friends are in awe of. The mega-dealerships are probably less willing to settle on a fair price than the smaller dealerships.I ended up buying two cars when I didn't even need one.

I purchased a 2012 Odyssey. A week later he called to check in and mentioned that they… were running specials on the Accords. I told him the max I would be willing to pay and he made it happen. I purchased my previous car from them and had a terrific experience then also. Overall two thumbs up! Perfect sales experience!Great customer service for a great car

I can say with 100% affirmation that this dealership is very well run. Richie Vazquez from the Internet side dealt with me… and treated me as I was buying a $75,000 car. I felt the experience was personable, he included my wife in all transactions and I felt like we had his undivided attention. We will be returning to him in February, as will my parents, to purchase 3 more cars. Definitely recommend him and the dealership to all.Just went to look but, got a new car! :-)
by ahipoke on 09/14/2012updated 07/24/2025Many thanks to Lawrence Deocampo(Internet Manager) for a very quick reply to our internet inquiries and taking care of us when we showed up at the dealer. Also thank you to James Choi (internet manager) who took care of all our needs (ie;… questions,test drive etc.)when we were at the dealer. We just came to look and left with a "New 6-speed manual Honda Civic I-VTEC" . This car is a blast to drive!! You should at least test drive it. :-) And thank you the first Salesman who greeted us when we got there but I'm sorry I don't remember your name but we just clicked because his hair was as long as mine and we both told each other to get a haircut.. Lol And finally thank you to Kiera Burke (CR Manager/EXCELL Facilitator)for keeping an eye on all of them. Hehehe This was probably our best experience at a car dealer.(no pressure,very friendly and very professional)
About our dealership
