I had an amazing experience at Findlay. Lawrence (internet sales person) was amazing. Start to finish we communicated via email and the phone seamlessly. I purchased a 2012 Odyssey. A week later he called to check in and mentioned that they were running specials on the Accords. I told him the max I would be willing to pay and he made it happen. I purchased my previous car from them and had a terrific experience then also. Overall two thumbs up! Perfect sales experience!
