This dealership pretends to be all nice and helpful while you're trying to buy a car, but if there is a problem, then you see the real treatment. I was swindled into buying a new car, and was given a joke of a price for my old car. I should have left, but I needed a reliable car. There was a problem with the rear seat, it isn't connected. They had to order the part, so I would have to wait. Well, I told them that I was working full time and going to school at night full time and on weekends. I knew they wouldn't stay until 10 to fix my car, so I told them I wouldn't be able to come back for a little while. I wasn't going to take a day off work and lose pay just because of their problem. So when I call back to get the part fixed, they have no idea what I'm talking about. I finally find the [violative content deleted] who sold me the car and he remembers me, "oh yeah, the teacher." But there is nothing that they can do since it is past the 90 day policy. [violative content deleted], I had an order to fix this and now they won't honor it. What a joke, so those letters and phone calls to check and see how I'm doing with the car are nothing! Don't buy anything from them. Oh and while I was signing the paperwork, they offered the extended warranty. I told him I only wanted it if it covered brakes. He assured me it did. I should have looked for myself, because it doesn't cover brakes. What [violative content deleted]!
