Better Late Than Never
by Mike on 06/01/2024I would consider myself to be a good customer here. I get ALL of my service to my vehicles done by the dealership. My vehicle began to act up over the holiday weekend, and I called them at 7 AM the following day to explain that either my… battery or my alternator were dying and I didn’t think my car would start again. They told me that they couldn’t fit me in that day, but could do so the following afternoon. So I settled for waiting more than 24 hours to visit their shop. Sure enough, I needed to jump my car at 5:30 AM the following morning in my shirt and tie to go 6 hours early to my appointment. I was very disappointed in having to wait over 24 hours for a new battery. Otherwise the service, when finally delivered, was excellent.Mike, we appreciate your loyalty to Lexus of Omaha and are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with scheduling. You Pay Way More Than You Think

Tried to sell me services whic I agree needed to be done, but they were charging outrageous prices for even simple things. To top itt off they didnt even vacuum the inside.… They always did it before. But I guess if you dont let them take advantage of you, they don't care.I even asked for a quote on other tires and got no reply. Hint- Go somewhere else for service unless they have to do it by law.I'm sorry to read about your recent experience with us. We strive for top-notch service and it seems we fell short this time. We aim to keep our prices competitive, and it is disappointing that we left the wrong impression. Further, I apologize for the oversight regarding the detailing of your vehicle. I can see we have let you down and would appreciate the chance to speak with you so I can better address this feedback and help fix things. Lexus does house calls.
by Jay_Scott on 12/16/2015My wife's Lexus wouldn't start. It's almost 5 years old and the original battery needed to be replaced. The dealership sent out a mobile tech. He was awesome! From the time the call was placed, she had a new battery and was ready to roll in… 30 minutes. All this for about $25 more than a battery sells for at auto parts stores. Truly amazing. Just another reason she'll never look at anything but a Lexus.
