I would consider myself to be a good customer here. I get ALL of my service to my vehicles done by the dealership. My vehicle began to act up over the holiday weekend, and I called them at 7 AM the following day to explain that either my battery or my alternator were dying and I didn’t think my car would start again. They told me that they couldn’t fit me in that day, but could do so the following afternoon. So I settled for waiting more than 24 hours to visit their shop. Sure enough, I needed to jump my car at 5:30 AM the following morning in my shirt and tie to go 6 hours early to my appointment. I was very disappointed in having to wait over 24 hours for a new battery. Otherwise the service, when finally delivered, was excellent.
