    Riley was great - so quick to respond and was able to make a hard deal happen. Was very friendly and personable! Anthony in finance was great as well. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I already have :)

    My car was in the shop for 6 day. The dealership provided me with a loaner car and kept us up to date on the happenings of the repair with our Traverse. They even research to ensure that the repairs were covered under the warrenty.

    The technician was friendly and i was happy to be quote and hour to get my oil change done and it was only 40 minutes it helped out my day as i was already running behind.

    Steve was great. He was very nice and patient with our million questions. I really liked that he showed me how to use the car. I've never had a salesman do that with my previous vehicle purchases. It was nice.

    Jason R. and Allen in your service department were wonderful. I cannot say enough about how good they were to us! My husband was in a traffic accident that was no fault of his own and dealing with your company was a breath of fresh air… after dealing with the insurance companies! Everyone was so kind and your customer service was absolutely outstanding. This was the easiest vehicle buying experience I have ever had. They were so helpful, we able to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for, brought it in, were very considerate of our time in the paperwork & financing, and even helped with the return of our rental vehicle! Kudos to all!!

    Joshua S. is my Service Advisor and he is always very attentive and vey helpful!! I ended up needing a lot of expensive work under a Carmax extended warranty which means a very long phone call to Carmax's warranty center. I totally… appreciate that Josh put me in a 'loaner' car of Gregg Young's as I am a single Mom and can't afford to be off work. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Gregg Young for maintenance and repair.

    I am a long time customer of Gregg Young Chevrolet. I buy my cars there and I have them serviced there. I was unfortunate enough to have a wreck and Gregg Young Chevrolet's body shop took my car in and got it fixed really quick and handled… all my paperwork with the insurance company. They did a great job! I would recommend them to anybody.

    We don't stop to tell others when they've done a good job anymore, especially service work. We expect the best for our money and at Gregg Young Chevrolet, I get it. We have our cars serviced at Gregg Young's Service Department and it's… much better than even [another dealership]. Friendly greetings, nice lounge area, cafe, and the atmosphere is just...welcoming. The smiles are sincere and you feel like you are appreciated. We've never had a problem with any of the service and the boys always give me a heads-up if it looks like something is wearing and will need replacing. I feel safer driving my vehicle because I know that professional mechanics are watching out for me and my family.

    Well, since day one the car brakes have SQUEALED very loudly. Sometimes it does it for 40-50 feet! They have had the car multiple times and even more days. Every time they get it they don't fix it properly and they employ some real shady… backyard mechanics. They didn't even tell me they turned down the rotors, like they knew I wasn't going to accept a new car with turned down rotors. Then the "sanded" down the brakes multiple times. Nothing worked more than a day or two. They really don't care.

    Although the car is a true lemon, the process of buying it was pretty typical. My wife and I had driven several cars the previous weekend and settled on the Malibu as our favorite. I was hoping to avoid spending hours in the… dealership so called the salesman back and made an offer over the phone. After getting a call-back from the sales manager we agreed on a price; since I didn't have a trade I assumed the process would be somewhat streamlined. Ha! Upon arrival to pick up the car we were asked to listen to a sales pitch for undercoating, paint, and upholstery treatment. Sigh... After that person gave up we were ushered to the Finance Manager's office. Although this gentleman eventually arranged financing at excellent terms, I believe his true job is to sell extended warrantys and he was relentless. After the third time I explained to him that, no, I really didn't want to pay an additional $2000 on this product, he moved to a new one -- a lifetime service that would keep the tires filled with nitrogen. "No? Are you sure? Only $500. You're taking a big risk..." And then there was the gap insurance. As I said, he finally gave up and arranged financing at surprisingly good terms. Three hours after arriving we drove away with our new Malibu. The purchase process wasn't bad, but it wasn't quite what I was hoping for.
