I had a very smooth, friendly, and timely experience with Gregg Young. I was preapproved online on Friday, and in the same day, Charles, the sales manager, called me and was very friendly and informative. He promised to take good care of me along with Keith "KT." Charles called me on Saturday inviting me to come in as soon as I could so that they could meet my needs, so I went in, KT gave excellent help to me, I found the car I needed and drove away very excited. Thank you so much for a great experience and a great start to a lasting relationship!
