    I believe what sets Gregg Young apart from other dealers is the professionalism of each employee. Offering coffee or pop while waiting for services is an added perk. I always enjoy speaking with the salesman, Justin Riddle, who originally sold me my vehicle.

    The 2015 Colorado we just purchased is the 5TH vehicle in 3 years that either myself, my wife or a member of my immediate family has purchased through Gregg Young.     I had a very smooth, friendly, and timely experience with Gregg Young. I was preapproved online on Friday, and in the same day, Charles, the sales manager, called me and was very friendly and informative. He promised to take good care of me along with Keith "KT." Charles called me on Saturday inviting me to come in as soon as I could so that they could meet my needs, so I went in, KT gave excellent help to me, I found the car I needed and drove away very excited. Thank you so much for a great experience and a great start to a lasting relationship!

    Joshua took good care of me. The free loaner vehicle is a real time saver and the expedited check-out in the garage is nice. I had a water pump replaced for $800. Pretty pricey, although I realize all the parts that have to be removed to do the job. So the labor cost is understandable but the part was marked-up anywhere between 100 and 200%. Maybe you should treat parts like tires and match anyone else's price. The "tire monitoring system" message was overlooked for the third consecutive visit which precludes me from viewing other information.

    I really appreciate the quick turn around. I had to have my car towed and they were able to get it in, fixed and back to me in under 24 hours!

    We found out that a problem that we had pursued while the car was under warranty and no problem was found, is now up for discussion again. And if the problem is valid, it will still be covered under warranty.

    They went above and beyond to get my trust and business. Very professional and very good at their word. Gave the best deal of any dealership in the country!! Seriously!!!! I have searched for a deal on this car-(Lime Rock Green) ever since chevy came out with them.

  • Car Service

    It was very easy, I simply dropped off my car and picked it up later. My service attendant Mr. John Callighan was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I will change about this was that I had to pay for gas for the rental, this is not great because this was a recall that I had to drive 20 mins to fix. I think something should be done about this to better the experience of customers.
