Once I got there the service was GREAT! I usually just drive up for an oil change but decided this time to call, the girl who set my apt was CLUELESS! She couldn't even verify me asking was this the right service by Village Point and scheduled a wrong car for me even when I told her Equinox. This made my check in very delayed but the guy at check in was AWESOME!
