Outstanding Service

John Callaghan helped me when he was in the Service Department and now I'm… Blessed enough to have him helping me with my Body repairs!! John has Always gone Way Over and Above the call of duty for me!! That Alone, is what keeps me coming Back! The people at this dealership are Quality People that do an Incredible Job of Helping others with their vehicles amd they actually Care! I won't go anywhere else. Ever!! Uneventful Oil Change

Had my 3 year old son along and if it weren't for the 'big' toy in there, he would have been bored out of his mind as neither of the kids baskets had any other toys or coloring books… available. Only problem I had was I had to remind the Service Guys when finished that my vehicle was a Certified Pre-Owned and that I wasn't supposed to be paying for the oil change which they were going to bill me. They said, "You're right" and corrected the issue.Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with us! I am happy to hear that we were able to correct the issue during your visit. Zach Neilson the only sales man I'd talk to! He's the best there is!!!

As far as everyone else involved in our experience, they were awful!!! Zach went… above and beyond to get us an amazing deal and get us what we both wanted and Zach had to face many obstacles created by staff he was working with because the other staff decided to make numorous mistakes. We spent a total of 20 hours at your dealership because of employee mistakes. Zach Neilson is the only reason we kept coming back and the only reason our purchase were made! Zach Neilson I would highly recommend to any one and everyone but maybe you should re evaluate the rest of your staff because mistakes such as having us sign a finance agreement that we were promised had mirrors included in the financing and then being told later that the semiconductor manager who submitted out loan forgot to add them in and we were about to not get our mirrors even though we were told they were In the finance agreement we signed ( which would have made that a falseafied document) but Zach Neilson came and saved the day once again! And got us our mirrors. Zach Neilson needs to be a manager or at least get a huge pay raise he did far better than any manager I worked with there. He is the only reason you will Ever get our money again. So I'd give him a big thanks and a fat check.Trent Did An Amazing Job

I purchased my car from H&H and did not like their service, this was my first visit to your dealership and my experience after one visit will keep a customer. Your check in was much faster even though Trent… explained to me that he would need a little information since it was my first visit. He was polite and explained everything in great detail. Your service drive was very busy on Saturday and it was still done before quoted time. My car was clean and Trent walked me to it and opened the door. You earned a new customer. Calm work environment and Waiting Room area was enjoyable.

First time having a vehicle serviced at Gregg Young

Cody coordinated the process with me and it was very helpful to deal with the same person throughout the time the vehicle was there. Cody took… me to the car where it was parked and being a new car, he put the license plates on for me which was greatly appreciated. Outstanding Experience with Greg Young Chevy and Blake Snow

I live and Kansas City and drove to Omaha to purchase the vehicle and the dealership stayed open and was all about servicing me rather than leaving even… though it was 10:30 at night. I really can not say enough about the dealership, my sales person (Blake Snow), and the finance staff. Everyone was happy and willing to answer any and all of my questions. Especially late at night when every other dealership was closed. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by Greg Young Chevrolet and give them the opportunity to earn your business, because they will.
