    I worked with K.T. and he was an amazing representative to work with, he truly made the entire experience at the dealership enjoyable. He has outstanding customer service skills and was full of knowledge. He took into consideration my needs and wants and ran with it, ultimately getting me into a car I never even thought would be a possibility! K.T. was assertive in a respectful way and was not pushy like some sales representatives I've worked with in other dealerships. His enthusiasm and passion for his job was radiating. The Manager that assisted us went above and beyond to get me to a payment and interest I felt comfortable with and I knew I could afford. The financial team was great and easily turned a what normally would be a monotonous task of signing papers into a fun and information session. From start to finish I was very impressed with the friendliness and respectfulness of the entire staff.

    Thanks for the friendly service. My daughter LOVED her biscuits and gravy that we ordered why we waited. Her only complaint was there was no toys by the toy table.

    The staff is so nice at this dealership. Trent who checked me in even walked me to the lounge and pointed out where I could get coffee. Jay the mechanic does a great job and communicates on if additional items need to be worked on. I believe each employee said hello as they passed me in the hall. What a great idea to have a cafe so if you are waiting for your car you can grab a bite in this fast paced world.

    Camden was great! Kept me informed the whole time I was waiting. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Love this place!

  • Leaking tires

    I had been told you fix flats for free. About 9 months ago, I exchanged tires with a friend, who was selling his vehicle, his tires had a lot of tread left and mine did not. This was done by another dealership. After continuously loosing air in all four tires, I had to inflate them every week or two for the last 9 months, I brought my Suburban in and had you remount and balance all four tires. Turns out the rims were not polished when the swap was made by the other dealship. I expected to pay for at least three tires to be mounted and balanced and maybe get one for free. When I picked up the vehicle and asked what I owed, I was told "nothing, we fix flats for free." Do you think I will ever go anywhere else for service on my Suburban.....nope! Thanks.

  • Traverse Service Issues

    Chris did a great job of working with us and helping out. We have been very frustrated with our Traverse but the guys at GY have helped ease some of the frustration. We have traded in our vehicle on a Honda because of the issues that we had with the Traverse. If we had kept the Traverse, we would definitely have come back to GY to have it serviced.

  • Oil change

    Everything was great the only thing was scheduling an Oil change that was it. They made it for 7am but your technicians don't come in till 7:30 so may start your Saturday oil change schedule at 7:30 Got there at 6:50am and didn't get out till 8:10am so just a scheduling improvement recommendation.

    What a great experience!! Clean surroundings, everyone was very helpful and friendly as we waited for John Callaghan to finish what he was doing. And he was definitely worth waiting for...professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful, not at all pushy...he called with updates on the service we were having done throughout the day, worked with me to make a decision on what work to have done with no pressure and made sure everything was done on time and at prices quoted. Everything about this experience and John made me feel confident and comfortable about choosing Gregg Young Chevrolet as my service center. I will definitely be back and will let all my friends know!! Thank you, John!!

  • Awesome Customer Service with Zachary

    I called to inquire about a Malibu and was connected with Zachary Nielsen. I told him what I liked and all the things I required in purchasing a vehicle. He found the perfect car! Another dealership offered me a lower price by $300 but was not worth the savings compaired to the awesome customer service I received.

    Was able to accomplish all my negotiations online and in a timely fashion.Steve Nick was on top of the whole process, delivery and time in business office went quickly and professionally. Very pleased. Vehicle delivered in great shape.

    Once I got there the service was GREAT! I usually just drive up for an oil change but decided this time to call, the girl who set my apt was CLUELESS! She couldn't even verify me asking was this the right service by Village Point and scheduled a wrong car for me even when I told her Equinox. This made my check in very delayed but the guy at check in was AWESOME!

    Zach Sideris should get a huge Christmas bonus for all of the extra work he did to get our business. He worked with us for 3 weeks on a Tahoe and I'm the day we signed contract he worked a 13 hour day.
