by JCV on 12/07/2023Took car in for oil change but had had starting issues day before. They changed the oil but also checked battery which was the issue. Replaced battery as warranty was good through next month. I was only charged an additional $40 service… charge for installation of battery which I felt was reasonable. It was a long wait but they kept me well informed during the process.Everyone just great

by Leann Ditch on 09/03/2023Paid extra for the diamond package. And it was well worth it. Bought my jeep in March and got hit by hail a couple months later. Then apparently drove over a staple and punctured my tire. Went to have them repaired and expected to… pay....but didn't have to because I have the diamond package!! Even the lady up front let me know exactly what was covered so I dont worry anymore!

My only suggestion might have been to offer a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I had to wait almost 3 hrs for the repair to be completed.… The place where I was told to wait was comfortable but it would have been nice to be able to take care of a few things while waiting for the repair to be completed. Just a suggestion. Everything else was excellent!Excellent Transaction
