We had a recall notice on our car, and they were very prompt in taking care of the matter. My only suggestion might have been to offer a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I had to wait almost 3 hrs for the repair to be completed. The place where I was told to wait was comfortable but it would have been nice to be able to take care of a few things while waiting for the repair to be completed. Just a suggestion. Everything else was excellent!
