    Very friendly staff. It seemed like all of the customers were treated like they new them for years, which im sure most of them have. Small town atmosphere, I loved it, I will be back.

    From the time you make an appointment on line and its confirmed, and you are greeted when you get there, you know your in good hands. They keep you informed on what needs to be done on your vehicle, so that you can be involved in any decisions. There are no surprises at the end and your vehicle is washed clean when you leave. Just good courteous customer service.

    I thought the service rider did a great job letting us know what was going on, and asking us what we would like to do with each item. It helps when they communicate with the customer so I was pleased with that service.

    Fantastic service. Truly appreciate that you will come get my vehicle while I work and bring it back promptly when work is completed. Wayne does an excellent job and take very good care of our vehicles.

    As always, I was greeted promptly. I had an intermittent electrical problem a few days earlier that appeared to clear itself up before I could get my Suburban in to have the issue checked. I wasn't confident the technician would find anything wrong and that turned out to be the case. I wanted to ensure my battery was still okay and wasn't the source of the problem. The battery checked okay so now I just have to hope the gremlins don't reappear.

    The service was great, they guys took great care of me. It took a little over an hour which i though was a bit long since an appointment had been made. However over all was very pleased with the service regardless. Thanks guys!!

    Doing business with Dillon Chevrolet is fun and exciting! I've bought many vehicles from Sid Dillon and never had a bad experience. Many thanks to Joel for being a wonderful salesman.

    As usual, Sid Dillon always goes above and beyond in the customer service area. Mark and Jeff have been helping me for years and they work hard to make sure the customer feels important. They make sure my trip to the service department is satisfactory.

    Wayne did wonderful job. He took my appoinment and also received me on appoinment date. The work was fast and professional. The coffee was hot but why always chocolate cookies?

    Taylor took good care of us before and after sale, he seems to be a good down to earth person. Its sad when we have to travel all the way from Oklahoma to Sid Dillon in Nebraska to find good service ! Hope to see Taylor again with our next purchase.

    Wayne and the rest of the crew are grate! I have been to other dealers when I am out of town and they all were subpar when compared to Sid Dillon. If when out of town if any work needing done can wait, it will wait until I get back home so I can take it to Sid Dillon.,Wayne and the rest of the crew are grate!     Called late afternoon when my taillight went out and Dillon's was able to fix it in the next hour even though they were very busy!

    Truly appreciate the fact that you will come and get the vehicles while I am working and bring it back when I need it. Saves me a tons of time and I don't have to sit around waiting for service work to be completed. Also appreciate Wayne, Mark and Jeff more than any of them know. They are all so honest and give us their opinions on what needs to be done to keep our vehicles in top working orders. Many times, they know what we will want completed anyway and have the work started. They even find recalls that we haven't been notified of yet. Thanks boys!

    They are consistently communicative, courteous, and seem to integrity built into their process. I was thrilled that they offered me a loaner vehicle for the warranty service on my car that was going to take some time.

    I had an extremely wonderful experience at Sid Dillon Blair thanks to Paul Buckingham. He is a great asset to the company, and made my truck purchase a very, very wonderful experience. I tell everyone I can to come out and see him there. Thanks to him for being such a great person to work with!!!

    We consulted with Wayne in your service dept. regarding new tires for the wife's Escalade and Wayne said he could be completive, I had priced tires elsewhere and did find the dealership very completive. Also we had the rear window defogger connection repaired. We always deal with Wayne as he knows the wife's Escalade and has serviced it from the first day when we had some work done on it. I inquired about having the oil changed in our corvette, Wayne said that he had an opening the next day so we brought the vette in. I might add that we have been doing business at the Blair dealership for about 2 to 3 years and have been very satisfied, as Wayne and all the employees we have dealt with are top notch automotive professionals. We have never purchased a vehicle from the dealership but always take our 3 vehicles there for service and warranty work as we live in Blair and the dealership is friendly, customer orientated and have maintained their quoted time frames for all work we have had done.

    Am a repeat customer. Two reasons I have done repeat business with Sid Dillon are Jason Kessling and Rod Hansen. I feel both do an excellent job of doing things the right way. Friendly, informed and always greet you in a pleasant manner. Give you honest appraisals and answers to concerns. Highly recommend this dealership and these two individuals.
