From the moment I walked in it was a very relaxed experience. Lance and Matt were great to work with. I have told everyone this was the best car salesman experience I’ve ever had!!

by marvshowalter on 10/25/2014This visit was in response to a recall on my 2009 Impala. It took ess than an hour to have the ignition keys modified to accomodate a smaller key ring. In my opinion this was a bandaid fix for the larger issue concerning the ignition… switch problem. The service writer was very friendly though, and the dealership did what GM advised them to do.A great experience

Every time I visit Sid Dillon, I am treated with courtesy and respect and feel like a… truly valued customer. When I bring my Wife's Equinox in for routine maintenance I am always met with a friendly greeting, and if I have any questions or concerns, the shop staff always listens intently to what I have to say and responds accordingly.
