    Josie Gieser in Bozeman service department at Ressler motors went above and beyond to help my wife and I making sure we were treated proper and fairly. The extended warranty that my wife and I purchased didn’t cover the thermostat even though it’s bumper to bumper. I guess you should read the fine print on those contracts. Anyhow we had purchased our truck the prior month so this fix would have cost almost $800 but she advocated on on behalf and was extremely professional. Thanks JOSIE!

  • Complete disrespect, unprofessional waste of time.

    Was told to bring my truck in after getting a quote from kbb & having Ressler call me and tell me they wanted to offer more money than the original quote. Drove all the way to Bozeman for them to offer me a 1/3 of the original quote & not even give me a fuel card after wasting my time. No way I will ever recommend or use Ressler in my life. Very disrespectful offer that’s not even close to being professional, it’s almost like they wanted to purposely waste my time. I’ll make sure to tell everyone to never buy a truck in Bozeman @ Ressler.

    Never have I got an oil change that they didn't top off the washer fluid, EVERY other place in the world tops off your washer fluid!! This was the 4th and final time I will ever spend a dime here, after spending a few hundred thousand dollars over the past 6-7 years this is how service treats their customers. I gave them every opportunity to rectify the 3 previous horrible service stops with this one, the left my vehicle smelling like they dumped a gallon of gasoline in it, windshield washers fluid was still empty, the temperature was 2° and they left the window fully open (probably due to gasoline smell) NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Ressler has a great sales team. I have bought three cars from them, and they are awesome! David Bouchat was great to work with and definitely made sure I got into the right vehicle. Not to mention he's hilarious (Belgian accent and all). Would highly recommend Ressler for car purchases and service!

  • Would give a zero if I could

    We were traveling from Ohio to Vancouver for a cruise that departed on May 12th. We had trouble with our car in Gardiner the morning of May 5th and had it towed to Resslers. Stopped in the shop everyday to see the progress and determine if we needed to make other arrangements to make our cruise. Finally on Wednesday we got a maybe problem diagnosed (something I mentioned when it was towed there and was told that couldn’t be the problem). Had to spend $1400 on emergency air fare. Told them to keep us updated on the progress. By Wednesday May 16th still hasn’t heard anything so my husband called and left a message. We finally received a message telling us the part was on back order. So we our headed back to ohio on a wing and prayer because after my car sitting around your service department for 17 days nothing was done and somehow I had a $270 bill. I guess that was for renting the spot it sat in. Terrible customer service. Sorry we weren’t locals but have never be treated this bad from a dealership before.

    Kjeld Christensen was very helpful he ordered my part helped me set up the appointment helped me change the appointment when I needed that to happen and kept in contact with me. The dealership gave me a ride to work and pick me up at work so I could get my car.

    No waiting when I arrived at appointment. Other places I've been, it's a chore to get someones attention. The survey seems to be a little convoluted.

    Our salesman Mitchell wasn't your typical pushy car salesman. Was very helpful with finding the truck we were looking for.

    They were on top of everything that I needed. Very inciteful and explained everything in a way that i could easily understand. they were very efficient and had my vehicle back to me hours before the set time.

    Joe and Jenny were phenomenal and far from typical hard-sell car salespeople. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional but did not try to ram a car down my throat like a lot of other sales people have in the past.

    Brian Klatt was our salesman, he was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions with accurate answers and patience, showed up many options and was just all around a great guy! We will definitely return to work with him the next time we want a new car. Woody (Brian W.) was also great to work with. He was fair, answered all of our questions and was very thorough in showing us what options we had. He is friendly and made us feel at ease during one of the hardest parts of buying a car - financing. Karen Hall was so great, she showed me every single gadget on our new car and how to work that gadget, before we left. She was thorough in setting up our OnStar account, Satellite Radio account, etc. She was very knowledgeable and made the experience great! I have NEVER left a car dealership feeling so informed and ready for my new car because I actually knew what everything in the car did, as I have while working with Karen! Brian Klatt and Karen Hall were also amazing with our two daughters while we worked through the process of buying the car. That makes a HUGE difference! Thank you!!!

    Eli did a wonderful job. She was attentive to listening what my needs in a truck were. She took a look at the vehicles that I had printed up that I was interested in. She then asked and showed me the vehicle that I purchased. The experience I received from the dealership and Eli was great. I had a horrible experience with Lithia Chevy GMC of Helena and I'm glad there is a dealership that cares. Thank you again for the straightforward pricing, hiring great sales professionals and offering a great experience.

    Lou did a great job!!!! I was a hastle to deal with via email and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly willing to help non pushy sales man. I'll definiately be back and hope next time I can deal with Lou!
