Dealership Service Review
We were traveling from Ohio to Vancouver for a cruise that departed on May 12th. We had trouble with our car in Gardiner the morning of May 5th and had it towed to Resslers. Stopped in the shop everyday to see the progress and determine if we needed to make other arrangements to make our cruise. Finally on Wednesday we got a maybe problem diagnosed (something I mentioned when it was towed there and was told that couldn’t be the problem). Had to spend $1400 on emergency air fare. Told them to keep us updated on the progress. By Wednesday May 16th still hasn’t heard anything so my husband called and left a message. We finally received a message telling us the part was on back order. So we our headed back to ohio on a wing and prayer because after my car sitting around your service department for 17 days nothing was done and somehow I had a $270 bill. I guess that was for renting the spot it sat in. Terrible customer service. Sorry we weren’t locals but have never be treated this bad from a dealership before.
