    I arrived on time for my appointment. Service advisor was courtious and prompt with the check in. The wait for completion of service timely and I was on my way with no inconvenience.

    I took my truck in to have it repaired. After a week Lou Fusz Buick GMC replaced the distributor. When the distributor was replaced, the mechanic forgot to replace a gasket so the truck began to leak a lot of oil. I returned to Lou Fusz Buick GMC to have them fix their mistake. I was told that it would almost be another week before someone could look at the vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager. I told him that my truck was just returned to me after a week and it was running worse now than it did before. I also explained that if I had to wait it another week for it to be fixed, I would have to take it somewhere else. He replied, as he raised his arms in the air, "Go ahead, take it somewhere else!" I thought this was very unprofessional, since his business was responsible for the oil leak. I took my truck to Gateway Buick GMC and they apologized for my experience with their competitor and repaired the truck the same day at no cost to me. My truck runs great now!

    I always have the best experience with Lou Fusz GMC. I started using Lou Fusz because it was convenient to work for having my car serviced. I've had nothing but great experiences with their Service department!! I decided to trade my vehicle in and the first and only place I thought of to buy from was Lou Fusz. They have made me a customer for life. Both Service and Sales are full of the nicest people you would ever want to do business with. My favorite Service Agent is Jason W. He always makes me feel like part of the family and I never feel like he's trying to sell me something I don't need. In fact it's quite the opposite. He'll tell me honestly if I can wait a little longer or if it really needs to be done ASAP. I love the feeling of knowing I'm a customer not just another dollar to be made. Lou Fusz GMC is the only place we take a our vehicles.

    My experience at Lou Fusz Buick was very good service. I especially enjoyed the lounges you have,and great service from Amy. She was very courteous and especially nice. She answered all my questions and assured me that I would be out in time to get to work. Thanks for the great service and thank-you Amy for being so nice!

    I had ask for a rattle in my dash to be repaired. My 2014 Silverado has 5,000 miles on it. Service department indicated they could not hear the rattle. I heard the rattle again on my way home.

    My car was not finished as expected. I had trouble getting a ride to pick up the car. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty by asking the service tech to stay to finish my car! Thank you Jason Walters!!

    Eric Wagner was outstanding and he did a exceptional job and getting my maintenance services I needed. Eric is knowledgeable, through and understanding. He should be commended for his service he does for your customers. I was pleased and confident he would repair my vehicle correctly. Hats off to Eric and job well done. I know now where to go for good service.

    I was worried about break shimmy and was expecting to have to pay for big break job. They did some simple brake cleaning and I was pleased to not be overcharged.

    I went to dealership for routine oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. While there I also mentioned to service advisor that the check engine light has recently come on and subsequently gone off over the past week of so. She recommened an engine diagnostic be performed to determine to source, stating it could be a minor issue relating to the oil change or some major power train problem. It turned out the problem was cause by a loose timing belt and other internal engine issues all of which were still under warranty. The problem was fixed within a couple of days saving me thousands of dollars had it not been discovered until later. The dealership paying for a rental car while mine was being repaired was a much needed extra bonus. Thanks Lou Fus

    I had oil changed and a blinker light replaced. It was completed in about 90 minutes which is a little long, but it looked like a busy afternoon.

    They guy that assisted me at the service desk was very friendly, took time to explain what was going on with my car, and was very patient with my questions. I wish I could remember his name. I am very comfortable having my car serviced at this location located off the page Extention.

    Communication between service dept and Customer could get better my Rep didn't even know my truck was done when I came to pick it up

    I took my Silverado into your service center at 0700 yesterday morning... 3000 mile service and check brakes due to wobbling when braking. Early afternoon I was called to say the front pads and rotors needed replacing. I agreed provided the work would be completed by end of day. I paid and picked up my Silverado at 4pm. Before I could drive off the lot, I heard a rasping/crunching sound coming from the rear wheels. One of the Service Techs checked and confirmed something was not right. Had to leave my truck overnight for service first thing this morning. I told the tech I had to have it back by 1100 and he assured me it would be. When I called at 0945, I was told mine was next to be worked on. This did not sit well with me since I understood it would be first in line for service this morning. I again repeated that I needed it by 1100 as I had an appointment shortly thereafter. I arrived at your location at 1100. It was not ready for me until 5 after. All this could have been avoided had the work been done correctly the first time, and/or whoever drove my truck back around front for pick up, had bothered to hear and fix the malfunction (screw up) at that time. I have been very pleased with the service I have received at this location during the 4 years I have been bringing my Silverado here. But, the ball was dropped this time. As the saying goes, 100 at-a-boys can be ruined with one [non-permissible content removed]

    My heat on my 2009 Buick Enclave wasn't working well on the passenger side so I took my car into Lou Fusz Buick and received prompt service from Stephanie Watkins and the service department. My car was fixed and ready in short order.

    Service was provided within the promised time frame. Service is always pricey and since I purchased my Yukon from you it would have been nice to offer me any coupons or discounts that may have been available. Most of them come attached to emails that have usually been deleted.

    Service was great. Initial communication regarding repair status was appalling. The last two times I had my car in, I did not hear from staff on status and phone system was "not working properly" at the dealership. So it was hard to get in touch with anyone that knew anything about repair. Once is excusable. Twice in a row is pathetic.
