Mechanics are great. However, get a phone system that works

onService was great. Initial communication regarding repair status was appalling. The last two times I had my car in, I did not hear from staff on status and phone system was "not working properly" at the dealership. So it was hard to get in touch with anyone that knew anything about repair. Once is excusable. Twice in a row is pathetic.
