    With the rental car return date looming and the slow return of total car loss payment from insurance, we had two days to find and purchase a car. Shan Herwig immediately responded to our cry for help and jumped in to find a suitable used car. She worked very well via text and email for the pricing, stayed within our budget with our desired criteria in a vehicle and delivered a car in two days. She was phenomenal to work with, anything we asked she came through and did all this in the midst of pulling off a large fundraising event for a charity she is passionate about. She pulled the right people in to the keep the process moving and finished in record time. Highly recommend her and Mungenast team.

    I have purchased certified Honda Accord from here and found that Vehicle and not as per expectation. It comes with 200 point checks hence I trusted and did not check thoroughly. later I realized even wheel alignment is not proper. I doubt this certified program.

    Checked out multiple dealerships and they couldn't compare with the inventory at St. Louis Honda. Had some trouble getting service from our initial salesman, but Josh Ulrich cleaned up the mess and made the experience more enjoyable. We love our new Honda!

    I came in with my oldest son and we bought 2 vehicles. 3 years ago, we bought 2 from St. Louis Honda and 2 from the Mungenanst Acura dealer. So we have bought 6 cars in 3 years from the same ownership family, 4 from this dealer. Gary Jones sold us all 4 of the Honda cars. Like 3 years ago, we received excellent attention and care during the sales process. The transaction also involved a trade which was handled very well. Bottom line is that I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism and service which made the process very pleasant and enjoyable.

    I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Insight from St. Louis Honda. This was my 2nd new car purchase from this dealer and salesman Gary Jones. I have to say that both times through they have made my experience enjoyable and hassle free and I would certainly recommend them to a friend. The dealership is located a little out of my way but it is worth the drive to work with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. And free car washes are pretty nice too. ;)

    My experience at St. Louis Honda and with Mike Reppy was the absolute best I've ever had with any dealership. I am retired now so that means I've purchased a few automobiles over the years. Keep up the excellent work Mike and St. Louis Honda.

    I was pleased with my experience at St. Louis Honda. Gary Jones was the salesman and was very good at intoducing me to the honda which I was interested. He did not do any high pressure sales tactics and when discussing final price there was no hasseling, which I appreciated. I felt the dealership was fair in their pricing and my trade in. I had a pleasant experience at St. Louis Honda.

    I purchased my new Accord from St. Louis Honda working with new car salesman Gary Jones. Gary spent approximately 3 hours with us and is very, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was extremely attentive and made sure we had a cold drink at all times. He spent the entire time with us even though at certain points we suggested that he attend to other folks in the showroom while we were waiting to sit down with the finance manager and for our new car to be detailed. One thing that especially stands out is when I went through the phone survey. At the end of the survey the young lady asked how I liked the car so far. I mentioned fine except I have an issue with the brakes. The steering wheel noticeably shimmey's back and forth when I brake between 50-40 mph, but told her I would wait until the car had 500 miles on it to take it in for service. To my surprise, I received a phone call the next day from Gary. Gary advised me not to wait and he even set up the appointment for me with the service dept. I took the car in a couple of days later and was in and out within an hour and a half with the problem taken care of. Now that's Pro-Active !!!! on Gary's part...which I will certainly remember the next time I purchase a new Honda.

    I could not be more satisfied with the recent purchase of my 2009 Pilot. Salesperson Shan Herwig's professionalism and prompt communication made the sales experience a delight. I had done quite a bit of due dilligence in pricing and driving other manufacturer's vehicles but, when I drove it, none could match the driving experience, as well as the price. In fact, my mother-in-law, my wife and I all drive Hondas purchased from St. Louis Honda. Their services department has always went out of their way to make our service experience as pain-free as possible by giving us accurate estimates on both the time it would take and the total cost. For all of these reasons, there is an excellent chance that when we replace my wife's Honda van, our new vehicke will come from St. Louis Honda. Best Regards, Perry Malone

    Buying my new car from St. Louis Honda was a great experience. The slaesperson made me feel welcome and followed up with me the next day. The dealership called to do a survey on my experience before I had even purchased a car. During the negotiation of the vehicle Josh (our sales person) was friendly, proffesional and Polite St. Louis Honda was Great!!! We were leaning towards the purchase of a Nissan and because of the service and atmosphere at St. Louis Honda we decided that if our car needed service, we would get much better service at St. Louis Honda than Suntrup Nissan. I have not picked up my car yet, but am sure I will love it! Josh, thank you for the great experience of purchasing my new car! You did an awsome job!!!

    We had an AMAZING experience at St. Louis Honda with our most recent vehicle purchase. From the time we contacted a sales associate by phone to the minute we drove our new car off the lot, we were thrilled with our experience. Shan Herwig was conscientious, helpful, thorough, proactive, organized, prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, personable, fun, honest, understanding, patient, and overall FANTASTIC!! Shan helped us with our two trade-ins (one Honda and one not) and we feel we got an excellent price for them. She didn't waste one minute of our time or string us along as some car dealers can. She was open and honest with us and made the entire process painless and thoroughly enjoyable. We will always come back to St. Louis Honda and Shan for our future automotive needs. Shan is rapidly becoming a friend as well as a trusted sales person to whom we will refer any and all family/friends looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you so much!!!!

    I have puchased 3 cars previously from this dealer and all have been a pleasure to drive. I worked with Josh Ulrich in finding a new car. He was pleasant, professional, and accomodating. I test drove three cars and he was very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and went a week figuring what I wanted and could afford. I received no pressure calls during this time. Returned a week later and the dealer did not have the car I wanted nor did any dealer within a 6-state region, a 2009 black Civic EX-L w manual transmission. The dealer did have the same in an LX model. Called Josh the following day w a price which included options. Discussed over the phone and came to an agreement. Josh was great to work with and I have come to expect that from anyone working there. The service dept is top-notch as well.

    We purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from St. Louis Honda in December of 2008. Patti Bianco was our salesperson. Our experience was a very positive one. There was none of the usual pressure and strong arm sales tactics that we have experienced with other dealerships. Patti was very helpful and informative and relied on the fact that Honda has a great product in the Accord. She told us all about the features on the Accord and the benefits of owning a Honda and of buying from St. Louis Honda.

    I visited St. Houis Honda last Saturday to start my process of picking out a dealership. I chose St. Louis Honda because of their community involvment (especially with a cause dear to my heart - Dirk's Fund - Golden Retriever Rescue). But they still had to give me the best price. I had an exceptional, professional saleswoman (Patty). She happily weathered the rain storm we were having at the time and worked with the sales manager and myself to get an unbelievable deal. I did not even call my husband....I just did the deal and drove the car home. All employees were courteous and I also had a nice lunch while I was there.

    Our experiences at Saint Louis Honda have been fantastic. My husband had been wanting a Honda Civic for a long time. Within the past year we purchased a Honda Fit from STL Honda. On my day off work we went in to get the Fit washed. We had some time to kill so we meandered through their great selection of 2009 Civics and it wasn't long and we were buying one!! I know one of the reasons we did.....Mike Reppy!! He explained that since we were in the market for a Civic he would assist in any way he could so make it happen for us and he did. He took no time answering any questions we asked about the car. He was professional and never pushy like many Car salespersons that we have experienced-you know that despirate report that some can radiate. He gave us all the time we needed and respected that time by not standing there and gave us time to discuss what options we had. I have already told Mike that we know who would be in the the market for a car new or old will be referred to him. When we purchased the Fit we ran into a Rams football player turned Car Dealership/Businessman who said he was travelling around the country observing the best dealerships there are.     My salesman knew what he was talking about. Was able to answer to my satisfaction all my questions. The finance dept. was also easy and quick. I didn't have to answer tons of questions. The whole experience was positive. I would recommend them to everyone interested in buying a quality made in America Automobile.

    I was considering buying a Chevrolet Traverse, but got turned off by the poor service and indifferent attitude of the sales representative. I happened to drive my business partner to St. Louis Honda to have his car serviced and I noticed a new 2009 Honda Pilot parked near the service entrance. After a few minutes, I was approached by sales respresentative Mike Reppy, who happened to notice my interest in the car. He invited me to drive a Pilot that was on the lot and had all the options I was interested in and also the exact color. Mike was very well informed about the features of the car and provided clear and factual answers to all my questions. I decided right there to purchase the car based on Mr. Reppy's performance. He gave me his undivided attention for almost two hours. The entire purchase process was the best I have had. Everyone at St. Louis Honda was great from ales to finance. After this experience I would not even consider buying a car anywhere else. Great car and great team!

    We called with our trade-in information. After a couple of hours I heard back from the salesman (whom I'd never met) with a better deal than I expected given my research. We drove approx 2.5 hrs to St Louis Honda. The van was ready when we arrived. No issues at all dealing with this dealer. Would buy again.

    I dread car shopping. I eschew the process until absolutely necessary. Memories of pushy sales persons and aggressive tactics give me the willies. Alas, I was faced with the need to replace my fourth Chrysler-made minivan. In preparation, I did oodles of research to decide on what I wanted, before actually needing to face the actual act of visiting the dealership(s). I settled on a Honda Odyssey EX-L as my first choice, followed by a Toyota Sienna with like features. I avoid purchasing new cars in preference of late model, pre-owned. I prefer to buy from a dealer, though paying a bit more, in order to get certified (warranty) coverage. My next step was to review the inventories at the nearest Honda and Toyota dealers, which I did by internet and by phone. Geographically, I arranged 2 weekend ventures into the nearest "big cities", to allow multiple dealers and multiple inventories. I learned in the research and search processes that the Odyssey is a vehicle that is in great demand. Any reference to this fact by a salesperson is indeed factual and not just a pressure move. I was prepared for a drawn-out process of car hunting. Our first car safari was to St. Louis. Inventories had completely turned over within the preceeding 2 days. I had telephoned all the dealers the day before to make certain my trip was at all worthwhile. Just before leaving for St. Louis, I chanced to review my e-mail. A salesperson at St. Louis Honda (see below) sent me a message regarding a trade-in received just that morning. This car represented the sole interest I may have had in visiting St. Louis Honda, so it was last on my priorities list. The other area dealers offered a greater selection of pre-owned, so we visited them first. The visits to the other dealerships, for various reasons ranging from poor inventory and poor selection to poor salesmanship, proved unfruitful. I was resolved to the likelihood that an ensuing trip to Kansas City would be in order, but we decided "while we were here" to stop by St. Louis Honda. At St. Louis Honda, we met with Mr. Rick Brennan, who showed us the Odyssey that we would end up purchasing. Rick was a knowledgeable, helpful and no-pressure salesman. We liked Rick's professionalism, we liked the car, and we were pleased with the deal offered. We decided to make the purchase, and this process, too, went pleasantly smoothly. While I had planned on a 2006 or 2007 model, we were fortunate to find a 2008 EX-L with very low mileage and all the features we wanted, at a very nice price. In short, I felt good about this car shopping trip, a pleasant surprise indeed, and great about our purchase.

    We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey LX from St. Louis Honda. This was the most plesant car buying experience we have ever had. I contacted the dealership via the internet and was quoted a very reasonable price by Ivo Saric. When we arrived to the dealership, the quote we received via email was exactly what we got. No haggling. Every person we encountered at St Louis Honda was very plesant and welcoming. We felt no pressure during our entire experience. I would recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase, particularly Ivo Saric.
