I was considering buying a Chevrolet Traverse, but got turned off by the poor service and indifferent attitude of the sales representative. I happened to drive my business partner to St. Louis Honda to have his car serviced and I noticed a new 2009 Honda Pilot parked near the service entrance. After a few minutes, I was approached by sales respresentative Mike Reppy, who happened to notice my interest in the car. He invited me to drive a Pilot that was on the lot and had all the options I was interested in and also the exact color. Mike was very well informed about the features of the car and provided clear and factual answers to all my questions. I decided right there to purchase the car based on Mr. Reppy's performance. He gave me his undivided attention for almost two hours. The entire purchase process was the best I have had. Everyone at St. Louis Honda was great from ales to finance. After this experience I would not even consider buying a car anywhere else. Great car and great team!
