Great service at Sapaugh!

Sapaugh is not the closest dealership for us, but it’s always worth the… drive to know we can trust Rich and Kirk to take good care of us. They’re fantastic!Sapaugh GM is great!

I had researched the vehicle and pricing in advance, had a target price in mind, and was able to… reach an acceptable deal quickly and with no stress. Too early to comment on the Service Department but I'm optimistic I'll receive the same excellent service. Can't Imagine Going Anywhere Else

We have an adult son with developmental disabilities which makes our needs a little more complicated. Yet, Kevin was able to find the right… car for us. Ed helped us with the paperwork for financing the car and found the best financing rate possible. Overall I really have to say the team at Sapaugh was excellent in meeting our needs. We were even provided a sturdy cardstock type envelope in which to keep the booklets and paperwork on our new car. Not as nice as the cloth ones which used to be provided, but meets the needs much better than a flimsy manila envelope which I know some dealerships use. Sapaugh always seems to be one step better than the other auto dealers. This is the second auto my husband and I have purchased from Sapaugh. I cannot imagine buying from a different dealership. Sapaugh will always be our first choice when looking for a car.Thank you for writing this fantastic review! The facility was clean, all personnel were in casual business attire and Jerry was… friendly and put us at ease. Jerry knew the car we were interested in and was ready to help in any way. by KansasCity on 12/19/2014I was looking for a particular 2014 Lacrosse -- and couldn't find one in the Kansas City area. I found one a Sapaugh -- and called and talked to Kevin Stanfill. We exchanged a couple of emails and Kevin was able to make an offer that was… in line with what I had hoped for. So we drove to Sapaugh (about 250 miles) -- drove the car and made the purchase decision. Kevin was very prepared and made it an easy transaction for us. At the last minute -- just a day before leaving for St. Louis -- another dealership in St. Louis let us know that a car that had initially been our first choice was again available (had been sold?). We weren't sure what we would decide but after looking at both cars and visiting both dealerships -- we chose the Sapaugh car -- Kevin continued to work with us and the Sapaugh car ended up being our choice. The car at Sapaugh (and Price) had a lot to do with the decision -- but the treatment by Kevin also really stood out as compared to the other dealershipPurchase of auto
