We read all sorts of bad experiences where other dealerships didn't find the problem right away and people were having accidents because of it. Zack and his team found the… problem right from the start! They were unable to get the part until the next day. My heart sunk as we had Cardinal tickets for that night and my daughter had waited all season for this particular game. Treated with the same class as when we bought the car, Sapaugh gave us a loaner to use until the part came in the next day. We won, the Cardinals won, and Sapaugh remains at the top with their service!!! Thank you and stay classy Sapaugh!Best customer service ever

We thought he would not be busy but he was just wrapping up a sale to another customer. When it was our… turn, we told him we needed help with choosing a car for our daughter who was about to turn 16. Without hesitation he showed us the wisdom of passing "moms" 04 CTS w/54k mi on to her and geting a preowned low mileage 2011 CTS to replace it. He had just the right model to satisfy every thing she wanted. While she went for a test ride he showed me a 2012 Enclave he knew I would like. Even tho' the rain was pouring down I loved it, so when the wife returned to his office we decided to purchase both cars. Dave made the process quick & easy.Today our daughter, my wife and I are thrilled with our "new" cars....thanks to the professional help of Dave I. and the staff at Pre-owned Sapaugh Motors department and personal congratulations from Mr Sapaugh himself!
