onI received a voice-mail mid-morning telling me that there were two questions that needed to be answered. I called back and spoke to the person who picked up saying I have a message for the person at extension XXXX (don't recall). I was told XXXX was on the phone but would call me right back. Late afternoon I had not heard back so I called again to XXXX. She reported that she had not received my message. The car was on its way back to me, so the work items will have to be done next time.
