    The Dean Team provides a total customer support network when buying a new car. There was no misdirection, or confusion when speaking with the Dean Teams salesman. Everything was up front and out in the open. It was an excellent experience.

    We purchased a Subaru ascent in August through the dean team on Manchester Road in Ellisville Missouri. Our sales rep Chris truly went the extra mile to make sure we purchased at a very fair price getting the vehicle we really wanted. I was truly impressed and have been buying cars for 30 years. Chris proceeded to give me a very thorough understanding of the features on my Subaru that I was not familiar with. I really love this car And I am looking forward to working with the dean team throughout the upcoming years!

    I would recommend NOT purchasing from the Dean team!!! Once you purchase they were not willing to complete the recalls put out by Subaru. Another dealer, where I did not purchase the vehicle was more than helpful in completing the recall work. Now another recall, 4 in one year, but Dean Team told me to come let them see and determine if that is really what I needed. I have a RECALL!!!! So again, the other dealer assisted me with no questions!! Called back to dean team and they acted like they knew nothing about these recalls. But of course word on the street was, I TOLD YOU SO!! They get opne star because they do answer their phone1

    We drove by Dean Team after a very negative experience at another local dealership. Drew casually greeted us and was happy to show us around and let us test drive the new Ascent that we were excited they had on the lot! From that point on, Drew just exceeded our expectations! We ordered an Ascent and he kept us informed every step of the way and if he couldnt, he made sure a member of his team did. He is one of those rare, low pressure car salesman and just enjoys his job and enjoys talking your ear off about cars! Definitely our kind of guy! Thanks again Drew Scheetz and the rest of the gentleman that kept us up to date on our order! Friday was amazing and we just adore our new Subaru Ascent!! We are so glad fate brought us to Dean Team and would happily buy from you again!

    Worked with John Ostlund through email. Dean Team BEAT every other dealer in town. Plus they have the best crew in town. Matt the manager was easy going and made it easy as well. look forward to buying again from the Dean Team !

    ***Jason Moore was very helpful (considering he was out recovering from surgery) when the Dean Team wasn't able to find the car I made an appointment to see. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't hear back from Jason after he said he would track down the vehicle and let me know if it was still available, but he did go out of his way to lend a hand. This review DOES NOT reflect his service rather than the overall dealership.*** The morning of my appointment I received a text from Jason letting me know that both vehicles I inquired about were ready for me and that John Biermann would be helping me out. However, when I arrived at the dealership there was only one vehicle pulled up and John acted confused about the other one (which I was more interested in). I cancelled two other appointments because I was sure it was the car for me, but I'm assuming no one ever found it since there was no follow up. It's kind of bizarre that it mysteriously disappeared within 3 days and that there are still listings up. Make sure the vehicle you're interested in is prepared (not just available in the system) before wasting your time/energy.

    The salesman that I worked with was very high pressure and would not stop talking!!! He never shut up!! At one point I wanted to be alone to think about it so I told him that I was going to sit in the car and think and he followed me!! Then he just kept talking and talking.....he would not leave me alone!! When I said that I wanted to leave and think about it he still had the keys to my car...he was holding me hostage. Then he got his boss and he started in on me...pressuring me to buy this car!! The whole day was uncomfortable, awful and intense. I really feel that they did this because I am a single woman. The other salesmen in the showroom did not treat the women with partners like this. As a matter f fact I heard a couple say that they would think about it and the salesman said "No, problem here's my card" and shook their hand. I would NOT buy a car from The Dean Team.....

    Long visit with salesman at Dean Team Ballwin Subaru. We were very interested purchasing an Outback and at the end of our meeting asked him to email their offer on the vehicle. Never heard back from anyone.

    My husband and I worked with JD Daugherty at Dean Team Subaru. JD was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of his way to find the car I was looking for. The entire process went very smoothly, and I would be very happy to return the next time I need a car!

    My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this dealership. The sales staff were very courteous, built trust, and followed through with a very reasonable offer. They were attentive to our needs and didn't try to upsell us on items that we clearly were not interested in. They worked hard to find us financing that worked for our budget. After the sale, the sales consultant followed up with us to make sure things were going well with the vehicle and was very responsive. We were referred to this dealership by friends and now know why; the Subaru lineup is very solid and the sales staff were terrific!

    Got a good deal on a great car (Routan) with excellent service. None of the games you read about. Everything was layed out and was transparent. Cost of the car was a simple discussion. A very pleasant experience.

    We met with someone named Zach. He was great at first. Very typical. Very friendly, let us take a car on an extended test drive alone. When we got back, he was very pushy. Ditched us because he was working on another sale. Initially told us what he could give for my trade then backed out. Left us to the internet sales guy who didn't know anything about what we had discussed with Zach. Oh and the only reason we figured out his name is because we overheard him tell another customer. He never told us his name the whole time.

    internet manager passed me to a sales rep. who emailed me. I called back, we spoke and he was going to forward prices for my trades. never heard from them again. Went to another dealer and bought a new Forester same week.

    Thing is, six months ago I wrote a stellar review for Dean Team because I thought they offered me a good price, friendly service, and an easy transaction. Now I know differently and although I could write in length about all their mistakes and the lack of service thereafter... I have wasted too many hours already trying to fix Dean Teams long list of errors. Don't get me wrong, mistakes happen to the best of them... but it is HOW they are handled that define the person/business. The Dean Team failed miserably in this area!! First, my title paperwork was done incorrectly (without lien holder listed), a mistake which I caught, not them. Then, Dean Team did not send my tax documents to me on time to pay my Illinois sales tax -- so there was an additional fee for that. Then, my title was done wrong yet again,... this time the title was registered to an entire different vehicle, not the one I purchased. They caught this mistake in early Sept. 2013 but I just received a call from my bank informing me that they never fixed the title. This means my bank still does not have a valid title, my registration through the State of Illinois is not valid, and my auto Insurance is covering a vehicle I don't own. My best advice to you is to buy from a different dealership!
