***Jason Moore was very helpful (considering he was out recovering from surgery) when the Dean Team wasn't able to find the car I made an appointment to see. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't hear back from Jason after he said he would track down the vehicle and let me know if it was still available, but he did go out of his way to lend a hand. This review DOES NOT reflect his service rather than the overall dealership.*** The morning of my appointment I received a text from Jason letting me know that both vehicles I inquired about were ready for me and that John Biermann would be helping me out. However, when I arrived at the dealership there was only one vehicle pulled up and John acted confused about the other one (which I was more interested in). I cancelled two other appointments because I was sure it was the car for me, but I'm assuming no one ever found it since there was no follow up. It's kind of bizarre that it mysteriously disappeared within 3 days and that there are still listings up. Make sure the vehicle you're interested in is prepared (not just available in the system) before wasting your time/energy.
