    Took my car in to get my lower engine cover shield replaced and all went well. Was in and out in a pretty quick time too. They didn’t have a couple of the mounting clips/ bolts in stock (the shield has about 9-11 attachment points) but… assured me it was securely on and would not come off. After I checked myself it seemed to be secure.

  • Service Call Center Lack of Communication

    I called the Pat Peck Honda ph # to schedule my routine service on my 2018 Accord. I asked about the Accord recall and was told the additional service could be scheduled along with my routine appt. The man asked me if I would be staying… or leaving the vehicle. I asked how long the recall would take and he told me 6 hours. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer so I made special plans to accommodate a 6-7 hour service. He also mentioned that a separate service order would be made to ensure the recall was addressed & completed. Upon my arrival at the appt, the service rep informed me that Pat Peck was not doing the Accord recall because the parts were not available and they did not know when they would be. She couldn’t even apologize because I spoke with the “call center” and not their staff. It appears to be a disjointed operation with the call center & the dealership’s svc Ctr. The customer gets inconvenienced as a result of this miscommunication. Honda can do better.

  • Not Happy

    Appt at 2:15pm. Dropped cat off at 2:10pm. Scheduledfor full service, Multi point inspection, air filter replaced and tire rotation! Paid for it all. Let them know I had to be gone to make a 4pm to make a Social Security Appt. Was told not… a problem. At 358pm I got my car. While putting belongings in car, I noticed that my tires were NOT rotated. Was told, and it states on my bill that it was completed. When the tech came out he said they were. I pointed out issues with front passenger wheel that I had worked on and it had not been rotated. Then he said we'll there is a bubble on the passenger side wall that is a defect, so they couldn't rotate! I said you other only didn't rotate, charge me for work not done, but we're going to let me leave with a defect in a tire!!! When I said I want a refund, he said well I can rotate them. I said No! The Mgr came out, so I repeated and showed her everything again, by this time I missed my appt., then I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to come out & say that we are going to refund the tire rotation. OH GEE, like you're doing me a favor! The sell good vehicles, But I Do Not Recommend The Service Dept!

    I have bought several Hondas from Pet Peck. My wife loves her Odyssey’s that she purchased and even though we are empty nesters, she doesn’t want anything else. The Odyssey seems to hold its’ resale better than some other brands. Proper… maintenance is key to trouble free cars, and I have my Hondas serviced at Pat Pecks too. For the last 20+ years I have bought cars, and had them serviced by Pat Peck, I have never had my Honda let me down.

    Got checked in all good, No coffee, the lady checking me later said I had to get a battery, come to find out it was covered under warranty, she should have known this, the guy working on my car stayed on the phone way to much, I could… have been out of there 30 minutes earlier if these 2 were on top of there job

    I went there for an oil change today which went fine even though it took longer than expected. My issue is I didn’t notice until the end of the day that they had sent me an email that I have an immediate need for a valve cover gasket… replacement. I was there for about 2 hours. They should have told me that verbally instead of assuming I am constantly looking at email, especially since I never responded to it.

    I showed up at 7:40 AM for my 7:45 appointment. I was told it would take less than 60 minutes. Two hours and 18 minutes later I was paying my bill. Then, while driving out the parking lot, I received a text message that my car needed… immediate attention. The air filter needed replacing. Why in the heck they didn’t change it or recommend it to me blows my mind. I will never go back for sales or service. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them a zero, not satisfied at all.

    I feel that by the time I bought genuine Honda parts myself that the price quoted for parts and labor was more than reasonable. Almost felt like I was getting labor for free.
