  • Oil change without an appointment

    I found I had an unexpected window of time and pulled in for service. Without an appointment my oil was changed in less than an hour!! So pleased!!

  • Good service, bad time

    Battery died on my ridgeline but was concerned it might be something else and had it towed to Pat Peck. Was told that, even with the appointment I made the previous day for 9:15am, it wouldn't be ready until at least 2pm. This was acceptable, but I didn't get an update call for all of Friday. Call Saturday and was told someone would get back to me two times over 6 hours, but on the third I got the update that it will be ready by 4pm. Waiting 31 hours for a battery change out, a recall, and an oil change is ridiculous, and the fact that the service department had that high worth of a workload painted a smear on an otherwise pristine experience ibe had with the dealership. My compliments to the crew for eventually getting my truck ready; service time was very quick once they started.

    I'm new to the area, so this is my first to the dealership. Although I made a 7:30 AM appointment arrived at 7:33. It appeared to me first come first serve. The tech guy did not recommend an air filter change I saw on the paper he was focused on the more pricey recommend. Most of the Honda dealerships I've been to when I check out with the cashier is easy breezy. This time The Tech guy was so busy trying to be to cashier and more focused on getting my payment than focusing on my service was odd behavior. Would you recommend this dealership to a friend. I am unsure. Did the dealership complete the work within the timeframed promised. No I wasn't given at time framed considering appointment scheduled appeared First come first serve.

    From the intake, every employee we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason they didn’t receive a 5 star review is that they must have replaced something under the passenger side dash, but they forgot to put the panel back on. I found it in my back seat!

    Pat Peck Honda in Gulfport, MS have their service down to a science. I visited for my first Service Pass and the experience could not have been more flawless. Easy in and easy out with perfect communication.

    Service work was good. Service dept personnel satisfaction totally depends on which you get to help you, 2-3 of them are good the other 2 are rude n do not seem to want to be there. Stay away from the older, fat black lady with the very short white/grey hair, waste of time trying to even ask her a question

    Extremely bad customer service.....I had to find service representative myself to get my serviced when i first got there. I was never quoted a price on service. I took the car to express and took over 2 hrs to get accomplished on non-busy day what should have took an hour to get done....they put the cabin filter in backwards...when the car was completed.... when the work was done, they just said here is your bill and pay....the service rep did not go over what work was done and when they did their for inspection nothing was told to me about this...what they find or did not find. Just left me in the dark about it.....when i first got there I was told i could wait in the wait room, but was never told where it was or that there was water and coffee avaliable too me as I wait. When all the work was done I had to come back to ask the manager for help to learn how they operate and to tell me how they let me know what the technician saw on my vehicle. I was told by service rep that she emailed me my what was found on my car which was never done I had to go back to the store after I left and ask the manager for it. I have been to other dealerships and the service rep will give you a breakdown on everything they found on the car and overall car health. I was only told after I asked that my car is green....what does that even mean. I always get some type of detailed car status, such as brakes are 70 percent, tire depth 9/ 32 for example. I pretty sure that all that was done was an oil change and filters changed....I will not use this location again you have the worst customer service that I have ever had when getting my vehicle service. I think your department lacks honesty and does not truely care about the customer....I expected better from honda.

    As always Alina my service Representative was great and made sure I was taking care. Also Tammie greeted me as she always does with other customers coming in for services. A service that was supposed to have taken 4 hrs only took 2 which was excellent because I waiting. So happy with everything

    Pat Peck Honda was worth the drive from Pensacola Florida to Gulfport Mississippi. My salesperson made me feel like I was the most important person in the dealership. I passed 3 to 4 other Honda dealerships to get my vehicle from Pat Peck Honda.
