onI went there for an oil change today which went fine even though it took longer than expected. My issue is I didn’t notice until the end of the day that they had sent me an email that I have an immediate need for a valve cover gasket replacement. I was there for about 2 hours. They should have told me that verbally instead of assuming I am constantly looking at email, especially since I never responded to it.
