    I recently had the pleasure of working with Trip Ellis again, after he helped me purchase a truck about a year ago. We reached out to him directly for our latest purchase, and I’m so glad we did! The entire process went as smoothly as the first time. Trip is professional, friendly, and genuinely easy to work with. His knowledge of vehicles is outstanding, and this time, he helped me purchase an EV – my first one! He took the time to explain everything I needed to know, making the transition to electric driving seamless. I highly recommend Trip and Walser Polar Chevrolet if you're looking for an excellent car-buying experience!

    Purchase agreement was done over the phone so I would be able to drive the near 6 hours to pick up and drive home same day; paper were not ready, vehicle was not fueled up, windshield had film of something on it from the inside, as you could see sticker marks and debris. Furthermore, I have tried to contact the dealership on numerous occasions to see where the process is with my title and I have had no call back. Each person I have spoken to has given me different timeframes, as I live out of state. I have heard 6-8 weeks all the way to 3 months. This is not the first time I have purchased out of state and it has NEVER taken this long; we are now 4 weeks out and I still haven't heard anything. I just purchased a 2025 Chevy Suburban Z71, trading in my 2023 Chevy Suburban Premier, which was fully loaded. There is no reason I have not had the courtesy of someone looking into this, let alone a call back.

    Overall I’m content with the customer service from the sales rep. The 143 point vehicle inspection is very suspect to me. I first purchase the 2020 Yukon XL which I was told went through the 143 point inspection. Well after purchasing the Yukon I found a lot of issues with the Yukon. Idled hard, blind spot detection sensors did not work, broken interior trim pieces, interior roof carpet was coming apart, back bumper was not securely attached to the frame, tire pressure sensors not working, power assist trunk door slams when closing, remote car starter does not start the car, car remote does not open the door unless you are right next to the car, car doesn’t start unless the remote is right next to the push button, plus some other minor stuff… for a low mileage truck there was way to many stuff for me to keep it. The inspection should reveal these things but it was never disclosed making it seem like the dealership was hiding all the issues.

    Went in just planning to look around and ended up purchasing a 2014 Captiva that we just love. Will definitely go back to Shaun when we are ready for the next purchase. Thank you Walser you all are awesome

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Equinox on 3/24/18, this dealership was top notch, Xavier the salesman went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car i was most comfortable with, he was not pushy which I really appreciated. The process was absolutely wonderful and professional, great customer service. He answered all the questions I had about the warranties. He made sure I knew how everything worked and helped connect the blue tooth with my phone. I highly recommend Xavier.
