Overall I’m content with the customer service from the sales rep. The 143 point vehicle inspection is very suspect to me. I first purchase the 2020 Yukon XL which I was told went through the 143 point inspection. Well after purchasing the Yukon I found a lot of issues with the Yukon. Idled hard, blind spot detection sensors did not work, broken interior trim pieces, interior roof carpet was coming apart, back bumper was not securely attached to the frame, tire pressure sensors not working, power assist trunk door slams when closing, remote car starter does not start the car, car remote does not open the door unless you are right next to the car, car doesn’t start unless the remote is right next to the push button, plus some other minor stuff… for a low mileage truck there was way to many stuff for me to keep it. The inspection should reveal these things but it was never disclosed making it seem like the dealership was hiding all the issues.
