    I have used Buerkle honda for 3 years now for our accord and our CRV and am very impressed with there service. I'll stop in the morning and drop the car off, they give me a ride to my office and then call and pick me up when the service is done. The car is always freshly washed also when I pick it up. On the one occasion where they made a mistake in making new keys for the cars they corrected it promptly, were very accomidating, and apoligetic. Over all the best service of any dealership I have used. To top it all off when I have come in for service and forgot any coupons they have given me the discount anyways.

    I've been taking our two Honda Accords to Buerkle for five years now and have nothing but roses to strew in their path. Excellent service, free car wash, concerned employees, nice waiting area with refreshments, and a separate quiet area for those of us not wishing to be bombarded by the TV constantly, WI-FI installation, and they seem to listen and take suggestion easily. This is what every car dealer ought to strive for.

    NEVER, NEVER take your car to this dealership . I have a 2008 Honda Odyssey. Since new we have had a problem with the driver passenger door not shutting properly, it closes (its power) but won't latch and then the alarm sounds. Every time I bring my car in I get the same song and dance..."Could not duplicate problem." Jim Bonney and especially the service advisor Brent Harshman provide horrible customer service. They argued with me at length regarding fixing something on my car. They told me again they tried the power door all afternoon and couldn't get it to act up after Dale (another service rep) told me they've seen this all the time. So I come in to pick up my vehicle and the door acts up right in front of their service advisor and another employee. So I think I'm set. This was on a Saturday. I agree to leave my car again. They call me and tell me they can't duplicate the problem and aren't going to fix it. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DANGEROUS. The door doesn't shut and lock in front of their own eyes and then tell me there is nothing wrong. There is a 2 year old boy sitting on the other side of that door and THEY DON'T CARE. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE INCOMPETENT "repair techs."

    They overcharged on a hood cable and my door handle. Way too [violative content deleted] expensive and had my oil change, they said that they were gonna wash my car, but didn't. Never ever will I go there again. Wasted my time and money.
