NEVER, NEVER take your car to this dealership . I have a 2008 Honda Odyssey. Since new we have had a problem with the driver passenger door not shutting properly, it closes (its power) but won't latch and then the alarm sounds. Every time I bring my car in I get the same song and dance..."Could not duplicate problem." Jim Bonney and especially the service advisor Brent Harshman provide horrible customer service. They argued with me at length regarding fixing something on my car. They told me again they tried the power door all afternoon and couldn't get it to act up after Dale (another service rep) told me they've seen this all the time. So I come in to pick up my vehicle and the door acts up right in front of their service advisor and another employee. So I think I'm set. This was on a Saturday. I agree to leave my car again. They call me and tell me they can't duplicate the problem and aren't going to fix it. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DANGEROUS. The door doesn't shut and lock in front of their own eyes and then tell me there is nothing wrong. There is a 2 year old boy sitting on the other side of that door and THEY DON'T CARE. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE INCOMPETENT "repair techs."
