    We had initially called to inquire about two cars for our daughter. When we arrived, we met with Andy Gostomczik whom I had been conversing with over email regarding the cars. Andy had the cars pulled out front and ready for us to view. This was great because we were coming from out of town. Andy was very professional and friendly, giving us the space we needed, the information we asked for, as well as offering us beverages. He was easy to talk to and not over-bearing or pushy. When we did decided on a vehicle for my daughter and asked about delivery, Andy did not hesitate to assure us the car could be delivered to us within the time frames we had requested. The sale of my daughter's car was smooth and pleasant, prompting us to return three days later to buy a truck from Andy also. Thanks Andy and Tom Kadlec Honda!

    I purchased a new 2016 Honda Civic with the safety sensing package through Garrett Griffin. It was an absolute pleasure working with him! Not only did he help me find the perfect vehicle to meet my family's needs but he also strived to answer all of my question in an honest and sincere way. He also programmed all of the vehicle settings exactly as I wanted when I picked up my vehicle. The process could not have gone more smoothly. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from him!

    We just purchased 2 vehicles from TK Honda, a 2016 Civic and a 2014 CR-V. Jose Pagan did an awesome job listening to each of our individual requests for what we were looking for in our vehicles. He provided us with the information that we needed to help make our decisions with confidence. He did an awesome job explaining the various functions and showing us how to apply them. He was courteous, attentive , patient, informative, prompt in replying to our messages, and worked with us around our schedules.     From the initial email from Neal Moen, to closing with him. Alicia at the front desk with her great attitude & personality & the finance team (behind the curtain), Greg in finance & the team that detailed my car & got it ready for me, the entire experience was AMAZING & I am absolutely in LOVE with my new 2015 Chevy Malibu aka "Lila". Not to mention how beautiful the setting is there! Thank you everyone!

    We just purchased our 2nd new CRV from Tom Kadlec. Zhelia, the sales person we worked with in 2007, is now the new car sales manager and is still as pleasant and easy to work with as she was then. Ryan from the Sales team helped us begin to learn and understand the new technology and safety features on the new Touring. There sure is a lot of technology to learn! Although Tom Kadlec was a further drive than some of the Twin Cities Honda dealers, the great sales experience made the drive worthwhile.

    Garrett Griffin did a good job. He was attentive, helpful and enthusiastic. We love the 2013 Accord but we need some more tutoring on all its functions. Disappointed that the 2012 Subaru's fog lamps don't work. Expect that Garrett and Tom's will resolve this issue to our satisfaction.

    I was car shopping in the crowded mid size sedan segment. I had been looking at all the major dealerships for the right car. Jose Pagen showed me all the types of Accords, 2015 and 2016. I left to look at other cars and kept in contact with Jose regarding my car search. I went back the same day as Jose had pulled a car from the lot that met everything I needed, Jose also stayed almost 3 hours after his shift ended to help get the deal done and the car I wanted. 2 weeks later and I have no regrets with the car I chose.

    I needed to find a car to replace another. Jose Pagan was great at showing me the car options that would work out. Jose made all the steps very easy. My last outing at a competitor wasn't nearly as much fun. I highly recommend Kadlec as a dealership, and Jose as a salesman. Thasnks again. Jim

    This is my third attempt to get my review on the web. About four days before making the trip to Rochester, I had selected two cars in which I was interested--one a certified used car and the other a new car. Before going into the dealership I saw the certified car with a price tag in the window which was over $800 from what I had been priced. When the salesman brought the car up, it was this car. He had the same price I had and informed me that they hadn't had time to change the price. Prior to his bringing the car up, I wanted to see the paperwork--especially the 150+point check that certified vehicles must go through. I wanted to go through Honda's meaning of certified. When I got to the roadside assistance, I was told that it wasn't on the vehicle. Honda certified???? I was told that the paperwork on this vehicle could not be found; nobody seemed to know where it was. As for the new vehicle, it was sold. Yet there was no indication on the vehicle that it was sold. Red flags all over the place. Since I specified what two vehicles I was going to be looking at, why wasn't I informed that neither was available?

    Maxwell Weisheipl was the salesperson who helped me purchase my 2015 Honda CR-V. He was extremely helpful and willing to spend the time with me answering my many questions bout the car, going on a test drive and arranging all of the accesseries that I wanted. We conversed many times by telephone, email, texting or in person and he had the patience to listen. If he did not know the answer to my question he told me he did not know but that he would find out and let me know which he did in a very short time. The finance manager was also very helpful in processing all the final paperwork. I hope that you have the same pleasant experience as did I!

    We randomly picked thisdealer as a way of shopping around. The online reponse was quick and friendly. After providing the info they neededabout our trade and our new vehicle needs, wants and price range it was a matter of days that a deal was set up. When we arrived at the dealership we were met enthusiastically. the entire sales process took only two hours. We left the dealership very satisfied. We would recommend this dealership to anybody. The entire staff was couteous and professional.

    My wife and I met with Jeanne Morris at Tom Kadlec Honda to turn in our 2012 Honda Pilot and buy a new 2015 Honda Pilot. The vehicle was ready as promised. The paperwork was quick and easy. We waited about 45 minutes to sign the paperwork with the finance manager, Barry Hauschulz, which wasn't too long considering how many people were buying new cars that day. Everyone, including the New Car Sales Manager were friendly and appreciative of our time and business. We drove away happy with the total experience. It's also nice to know that our Honda Pilot has many years and miles as a very reliable vehicle. Never had a problem with a Honda and this is our 4th one.

    I found my experience at TKH very simple and relaxing. From the minute I met Jeanne the first night until I drove away with my truck, she was very pleasant and made my experience just that as well. There was no stress involved, and I never once felt like she was pressuring me. Once my decision was made, it was a done deal. She truly knows her field of expertise. Barry was also very pleasant to work with on the financing end. He was very good at explaining everything to me before asking me to sign. I was not "rushed" through any of the paperwork at all. The overall experience is a 5-star experience for me, and I would (and do) recommend this team to anyone and everyone.

    Just traded my 2012 Civic in for a 2014 Civic. Andy G. was my salesman both times. He makes the buying experience so easy and smooth. He even remembered what I traded in two years ago! Andy definitely is number one in my book. Tom Kadlec Honda has the best trained staff around! Drove away with my new Civic and the confidence that Kadlec Honda will be there if I need them. I'm not just another number on the board. Thanks for a great experience and will be back when I'm ready for my nect car!

    After totaling my '11 Honda Odysey and shopping on-line for an end of season 2012, Andy G of Kadlec was brilliant in responsiveness,searching for the correct vehicle and pricing it ,-beating several other on-lin negotiators, including a couple closer to my home in Iowa. Kadlec closing with Dan was smooth, efficient and quick. This was probably my best car purchase ever and THE Easiest!! Also a great short term finance rate on the car.

    Had to be the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. Andy Gostomczik was great! Very comfortable person to deal with, not pushy or intimidating. Somebody who lets the customer make the choices. Never felt pushed the entire time I was there. From the test drive to signing the final papers I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I have had my 2012 Honda Civic for about two weeks now and it is great. Averaging about 41 mpg. Will definitely go back to Andy again when I need a car! They definitely know how to treat a customer properly!
