Good Work But Poor Customer Relations Skills

The work seems to be done correctly & promptly. But I wish someone would teach your service managers the basic customer service rule of always acknowledging anyone who comes into your area. I had service managers walk past me without saying a word. Two other service managers were in the midst of projects, but all they had to do was look at me, nod or make some other sign of recognition & keep on with their work. I am not invisible. Acknowledge me.
