HOWEVER the other service advisors at the desks are kinda rude - mostly the lady, that's in an office close… by the service desks. Bu Not the cashier lady .Happy camper

I was able to get my car in immediately and had time to have them give it a wash (which was needed), I was extremely happy with how quickly they had my car ready to go.Thank you so much for your review! by jmbjelland on 03/30/2015Jake Roe did an excellent job helping me find the truck I was looking for. I had visited a competing dealership in Rogers, MN. I told the salesman there what options I would looking for and he said they didn't have any of those on the lot… and could not order one for me. I then talked to Jake Roe and he said they didn't have any trucks with those options either, but he could get one for me from another dealer if that is what I wanted. This attitude and willingness to help me get exactly what I was looking for is what keeps bringing me back to Friendly Chevrolet.Thank you very much for taking your time to leave us a great review! What's this for.????
by JRDAELY on 02/16/2015updated 03/05/2015It was a warranty issue, my heater blower was malfunctioning and my mileage was 49,600 so I wanted to get it taken care of. Unfortunately it was not covered by my Chev. coverage and I had to use my extended coverage and that is a $200… deductible. Ugh. I was disappointed at that. But things could be worse I guess. It's a 2010 Malibu and I may need to up grade soon so it will be interesting as to what I want to do.Its unfortunate to hear about your recent visit to our dealership. Our customers are our top priority, and we do apologize if your vehicle's service needs have not been met. If youd like, please contact me at your earliest convenience. Friendliest dealership around

Since I was going to be without a vehicle for at least 1 day they got me into a loaner( which with an infant you kind of need a vehicle) they performed… all the work and gave me a call about 2 days later saying my vehicle was done and my out of pocket costs were $0. Which was a surprise to me because I figured it would at least cost something to figure out what else was wrong wit my vehicle. I have always been treated very well whenever I go there and will definitely purchase future vehicles from there.Lawrence, thank you for leaving us your positive review. Great Service
by Andielynn55 on 02/03/2015updated 02/20/2015I went in to get a few things done on my car. A couple of recalls, oil change, headlight change and my brakes and rotors changed. I received calls from Anita throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress and about what work needed… to be done and quotes for everything. When she called me about my brakes, she quoted me $406.00 for new pads and rotors, she then called me back to ask who told me I needed new brakes and pads. Turns out all I needed was the rotors machined and new pads so my quote went down almost $200.00. It was very reassuring, knowing they really checked out my car and seemed to be looking out for me, the customer, and giving me the exact service I needed and also saving me money. I bought my car there and have always taken it there for service but this was by far the best service I have received there so far. I will continue to bring my car back for any service needs, knowing it and I will be well taken care of. Thank you.Thank you for writing such a great review about our dealership! Friendly Chevrolet is the place to buy
by dmann89 on 01/06/2015My experience at friendly chev was great I visited at least 6-7 dealerships test driving trucks and trying to find the best deal and to find a truck I would be happy to drive everyday. Friendly met my expectations and got me the exact truck… I wanted and for a price i was willing to pay. The other dealers I visited treated me with such disrespect and made me feel like they could care less if they sold me a truck and they were not willing to negotiate the price of the truck. Friendly Chev was by far the best deal and made me feel like my purchase truly mattered I would definately come back to friendly for my next vehicle purchase.
