Davey Ackert at Friendly Chevrolet was absolutely wonderful to work with, and it was such a smooth experience ordering a new car for the first time. Friendly Chevrolet was always on top of giving us updates throughout the order/build process, and we were never treated like just another sale; we felt like valued customers. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, living up to the dealership's name! Another shout-out to Davey in particular -- We felt completely confident in our purchase and choice of vehicle/vehicle options after working with him, and would 10/10 recommend.

Unfriendly checkin clerk

I arrived 10 minutes late - there were 3 cars in front of me so by the time I waited to get in I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. The clerk said she couldn’t accept me in the appointment line so after waiting there she made me go back out and wait in the no appointment line - understandable. An hour and a half later she didn’t send anyone to help and the appointment line was empty for about 45 minutes after that. She was extremely unhelpful when I went back in all she said was you were late so you have to wait. After that I spoke to one of the mechanics who helped me get my oil changed and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I usually go to Brooklyn Park for service I chose this dealership since it is closer to home but unfortunately will never go back it was a waste of my time and energy.

Devin helped me select a vehicle that was on its way to the dealership vs place an order for a new one! So happy with the selection! I was very happy with what they offered me for my trade-in! The repair people were great! When I called with a dilemma they were able to assist in a possible solutions, then when my car was serviced for the problem they took great care in doing as many tests as possible to find out what the error was. Thanks for being so thorough.

Tom Bertsch was a delight to work with. Made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer any question I had about the vehicle I was interested in. Brent Lownsbery, the business manager I worked with, was also a delight to work with. He was very professional in discussing the financial options I had and made sure to get me into a lease I was very comfortable and 100% sure with. This being my second vehicle leased through this dealership, I would recommend no other place to go for anyone looking for a vehicle to buy or lease.

I was told that my car would be ready on a certain date and that is exactly when the work was completed and washed and cleaned! They took care of all paperwork. I have never had a bad experience at Friendly and will continue my relationship with them.

Paint shop

We had a couple dull spots in the clear coat that needed to be buffed. The paint shop repaired them and then had me inspect it in the sunlight to insure it was done to my satisfaction. It was but I liked that he took the time to insure that I wouldn't need to come back for the same issue.

Silverado pickup purchase

I loved being able to come in and quickly move from the research phase of my experience to the test drive. After that, the finance department speedily moved through the paper work to get me on the road as I was on a slight time constraint. Overall, it was one of the best service experiences I've ever had in making a large purchase.

The salesman explained everything to our satisfaction. The test drives were very helpful in making our decision. Financing was very clear. The manager and salesman were very appreciative of our business. This is the second time we have leased a vehicle from Friendly Chev and will be doing it again.
