Listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make sure we had all the information we needed to make… decision on buying a vehicle. Had a few small issues that were worked through smoothly. Cassandra, my sales rep handled all the questions I had, I drove the car and Cassie pointed out all the amenity's. Brian the GM came over and wanted to make sure… that I was happy with the process. They were extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our leasing process from knowledge about the vehicle explaining how everything worked on… it to the paperwork involved by explaining to us exactly what we were signing. We were treated professionally and respectfully and this team went the extra mile to earn our business. We would gladly work with both of these gentlemen again! We highly recommend Walser Buick GMC!Bryce Koke the best car salesman we've ever had
by 3436worrier on 04/23/2015We liked Bryce from the moment that we met him at the front door of Walser Buick.He was personable ,was immediately ready to answer any questions about the car we were interested in.He made buying a car an excellent experience.He talked to… me like an old friend while our car was being test driven for a trade in.we were with him for almost 3 hours as the finance department was quite busy,even though we were paying cash .He even offered to have our new-used car taken to have it rustproofed,paint protected,and leather conditioned during the week that we were getting our cash together to buy it.He followed through and had the services done to our car during that week before we picked it up.We needed to get the lien waiver from our trade-in from a bank in California.We e-mailed back and forth almost every day with his reassurance that I was not bugging him.He was always assuring me that things would work out.We didn't get to see him when we picked up our car but two other gentlemen answered our questions and sent us on our way in short order.Bryce was selling a car to someone else,but we had wanted to thank him for making our car buying experience fun and not a nightmare.It turns out the dealership needed a hard copy of the lien waiver and we had to wait another few days for that but once again we communicated by e-mail and he assured me that I was not a pest just a worrier as I had told him I was.I would buy another car from this dealer in the future and would definitely ask for Bryce Koke.Great experience!

Add to the experience Zack and Kevin who made our purchase even better. All of them made… us feel as though we were a friend not a customer. We hated to actually buy the car since we would not be back for a while to see them again. I know we were not an easy customer to work with, indecisive on which car, trade or not to trade and my travel schedule made the experience last more than a couple weeks. Cassie's follow up and communication paid off and made us a new and long term Walser customer. If the service department is as good as your sales department, we will not need to shop anywhere else. After researching more on my own I came back to Walser… Buick at the end of November and bought the same car that I looked at with Jordan with Matt T. I was hoping Jordan would be available when I came back in (without an appointment) however Matt was able to step right in and take care of me.
