    Reception was cordial and timely. Customer Specialist Chris Ashland was well informed on the product, and personable. He demonstrated the vehicle, including a test drive. He answered my questions, actually anticipating what information he felt i would consider important in my decision. In concluding the purchase agreement process he was efficient and explained matters fully including options for lifetime maintenance, etc. It was obvious that his focus was on my needs and he was very accommodating. Walser certainly presents a lot of "paper work" in closing the deal---- But probably necessary? Good experience --- Thank You. Terry Votel

    Had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. I purchased the truck by finding it on the website. I drove 450 miles to pick it up. The sales staff treated me great and answered all my questions knowing I lived so far away. They could have discounted my interest in a serious purchase, but they did not. Thanks Kevin! Corey took over the sale, completed the paperwork and presented the truck on arrival. He did a good job as well.

    Great Black Friday deal from GMC and Walser. It was also great not having to deal with a business manager. Matt did a great job handling all aspects of my purchase, and the Walser team supported him well. Thanks! Love the new Sierra Denali!

    No haggling, good. Wrap around warranty,great! I was paying cash, no financing but had timing issues getting a check fedex'd and they really put pressure on for immediate payment. I didn't take the vehicle with me so their push was a little off-putting. By the time I took delivery, I almost didn't care if I was able to get my vehicle and I really wanted it. No Carfax offered so I will do that on my own. All in all, it was okay but not spectacular.

    Jack was very patient and great to work with as I decided between what make of car and a lease or purchase. He found me discounts which were much appreciated such as GMC Loyalty and the Costco pricing (and gift card). Kevin was also easy to work with and patiently ran several financing options for me on different cars. I went to other dealerships in my car search and found Walser stands out in professionalism - I was really dreading the process but it was quite easy here.

    I would like to especially give a big thank you to Torey Flategraff. This was my first purchase of a pickup truck and to be honest I didn't completely understand all of the options involved with the vehicle (towing capacity, the benefits of the different engine setups, etc). Torey took the extra time to walk me through the vehicle and explain the options that would be best suited for my needs. This was greatly appreciated and I would say this was my best experience in purchasing a new vehicle...thanks Torey!

    Walser met my expectations, but my only complaint would be that the dealership did not go beyond my expectations. In trading in an older Buick, I wanted to pull out my satellite radio. I was charged for an hour's labor to do this. Although the fee was probably appropriate, it would have been nice if the dealership would have just done it gratis as a PR move. After all, it didn't cost the dealership anything and you already made money off me as I bought a car.

    This was my second lease from Walser GMC of Bloomington. I have nothing but high praise for the entire Walser group. It was such a pleasure to work with Customer Specialist Zach P. in this transition from my first Terrain to my second one. The Walser organization should be very proud to have him on their team. I am a very happy customer! just ask my friends, family, and coworkers.

    I have purchased 6 cars from Walser Automotive in my lifetime. In 2007 I purchased my first "Brand New" GMC Sierra 4x4 1500 4 door truck. Best purchase I have ever made. It was simple and I left the lot in my new truck within 90 minutes. Their service program is the best in the Twin Cities. Hands down. 36,000 miles later - my truck rides like the first day I drove it. If anyone is looking to purchase a new GMC - call the folks at Walser GMC first and save the price banter, headaches and the hassles. It is so simple with Walser. Jay Witta - Shorewood MN

    Walser has disappointment me for the last time. I have purchased several vehicles from them over the years and used to think there was no other place in town to shop, only to have their service department and sales staffs become an embarrassment and a joke. The service department can’t fix anything on the first try (and in most cases – subsequent tries) and unless they are selling you a car, most salespeople won’t even look at you. Today was the final straw. I went to Walser GMC Buick in Bloomington. The first thing notice is what a cluster their parking is – that dealership is a mess. While trying to work on getting through the narrow driveway between the building and their used cars, a salesman almost hit me trying to race through with a Buick Encore – didn’t even look at me as he came 5 inches past my window, then he did again 3 minutes later!! Then there is the rest of the wonderful sales and reception staff; I was there to look at a new Acadia, I walked in and there was a salesperson (I assume) standing at reception talking to the receptionist, he turned around and almost looked like he was going to ask me if he could help me, but decided to walk away instead. I told the receptionist that I wanted to see if one of the Acadia’s from their website was still there. She looked around and said “I’m sorry; I don’t think I can find anyone.” She then asked me if I had a stock number and I said I would have to look it up on their website and pulled out my phone. I stood there for a couple of seconds until I realized that she was actually waiting for me to look it up rather than offering to do it for me. I said to her “so you don’t have a salesman that can help me?” to which she replied “no, sorry.” I said I would come back when there was someone available; all she said was “okay.” I of course am NEVER going back to Walser again. What car dealership in their right mind lets a customer walk out the door without letting anyone talk to them, especially someone that wanted to buy a car!?!?!?!?! I would recommend you avoid them like they were selling toxic waste.

    I stopped into browse and ended up buying a new car. This is my second Walser experience and each one has been outstanding. The sales staff are not on commission so you know they have your, not their interest in mind. Both times, the new car manager became involved and it really ratchets up the car-buying experience. This time my salesperson was Matt C. and the new car manager was Tom B. Not only did they know their stuff but it was nice spending time with them

    After reading many reviews on many rating sites we chose to contact Walser Buick GMC in Bloomington for our new Yukon purchase. I discovered that their pricing was best AND while I was in buying the vehicle they also found an incentive bonus so it was even less than I expected, made me popular with my wife who loves to save on everything she buys. I worked with Matt and he was sharp, knew the Yukon's features and was easy to do business with, it was very relaxed and no stress. Thanks to everyone who took time to thank me for my business, stuff like that matters to me. I am really proud of my new Yukon. sorry I should have done this sooner,

    Ordered a new SUV; specifically requested 5 times to not install a front license plate holder as Florida does not have a front license. Dealer drilled holes in the front bumper and installed license holder. They admitted their mistake and said "sorry" -- but they were not willing to offer one nickel of compensation. Could not order another car as last date was past. Very unhappy with the attitude of the sales manager. It was take it or leave it. Buyer beware! They needed to do some small gesture to make the customer happy. This one is not happy!
